Our guiding purpose is to deliver comprehensive services for the evaluation and treatment of orthopaedic conditions, including diagnostics as well as conservative and surgical treatment options, in the most personalized and efficient manner possible. Dr. Delcore has spent the majority of his career putting his personal life "on hold" and serving the community need because of his passion for providing comprehensive orthopaedic specialty services.
We are a single specialty surgical center that has been performing a wide variety of orthopaedic surgeries since 2004. We have been your outpatient total knee replacement center since 2004 and your outpatient total hip replacement center since 2005. Outpatient spine procedures (including microdiscectomies and laminectomy/decompressions) have been performed successfully since 2008.
Accidents don't keep regular business hours. If you experience an unexpected bone, joint or muscle injury, or even a deep cut, visit the only facility in Iron County that specializes in direct care for orthopaedic injuries. CEDAR ORTHOPAEDIC DIRECT CARE offers an alternative to overcrowded emergency rooms and urgent care centers that do not specialize in bone and joint problems.
The magnetic resonance imaging machine is an extraordinary and safe imaging device that creates clear, precise images of a wide variety of anatomical structures within the body. Instead of relying on the type of radiation used for x-rays or CT scans, MRI uses a powerful magnetic field, high frequency radio waves, and an advanced computer system to aid diagnosis and treatment planning for many medical conditions.
Southern Utah Physical Therapy is an independent entity within Cedar Orthopaedic Surgery Specialty Clinic and is located in the sub-level area of the clinic building. The two practices work together in close proximity to provide for the common goal of efficient rehabilitation with full functional return.

My son injured his wrist. We went to instacare and the wait was going to be 3 hours. I thought I’d call just to see if there was anyway that Dr. Delcore could see him, as I thought his wrist was broken. They took him right in, Dr. Delcore set the bone and casted it all in the same afternoon. He and his staff were kind, helpful and my boy left smiling and grateful for their help. I highly recommend Dr. Delcore and his team!

I am a self pay patient, and after having my total hip replacement surgery cancelled at the last minute by my local surgeon, I decided to search "Medical Tourism in the USA." That is how I found Dr. Delcore. Not only did he and his caring staff do a wonderful job, they made the whole trip a positive experience, while charging me $10,000 less than my local surgical hospital. At 18 days out, I walking unaided most of the time and without pain killers. I would gladly make the 600 mile trip each way, should I need an orthopaedic surgeon again.

Dr Delcore is a great guy. Because of dirt bikes I have got to know him really well over the years. He has always been so good to work with. He has always treated me as a person and not just as a number. He is detail oriented, and always has his patients best interests in mind. His staff are always kind and personable as well. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I absolutely love this doctor and his staff both in office and surgical. I know some reviews say they hate the waiting portion of their visit but he is worth it. I am 2 weeks post op on my shoulder. Had to have several procedures done at once on it. Before surgery my pain was a constant 9 or 10. 2 weeks after surgery and IF my shoulder has pain it is only a 5 or 6. It is a healing pain so it was nothing like what I had before. He is worth the wait. Seriously don't let a few naysayers keep you from an awesome doctor. They either didn't like waiting or maybe he was too honest. But hey, I am not in

I have seen Dr Delcore a few times and have always felt he genuinely cares and it shows in his results! My collar bone had multiple fractures which he put it back together with screws and a plate which alleviated the discomfort right away! It is worth the drive for me from Hurricane to see Dr Delcore because of his amazing reputation and genuine care!

I love the way the staff and Dr Delcore makes me feel. I'm not just a number, but treated with kindness and care. I was the last patient of the day, nearing 7:00 pm and he sat down and visited with me as if I were the first person of the day! Always generous and kind, and so much better with pricing than other facilities I've been to. Thank you so much!
