Truth be told, most Texas lakes are too murky to be suitable for recreational scuba diving, and NOBODY wants to dive in a cattle tank! Yuk! Fortunately, here in North Texas we are within an hour's drive of several lakes and quarries that offer very good diving conditions. The Scuba Ranch is a scuba park located in nearby Terrell, Texas.

You will still receive the same professional training, you will just have more money left in your pocket when you're done.
This is an entry-level Scuba certification. 2 classroom sessions, 2 pool sessions, 4 open-water dives (conducted over 2 days). ALL necessary equipment is included. Pass the 10-question quizzes following each chapter and 50-question final exam with a score of 75% or higher. Complete a 200-yard swim without stopping (any stroke, no time limit) and float/tread water for 10 minutes.
Fine tune your buoyancy skills with the Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty. Good buoyancy control is the foundation of a good diver. Improve your buoyancy and you'll conserve air, energy, and protect our precious underwater environment. This specialty course will teach you how to safely experience the underwater world at night.
The PADI Rescue Diver Course provides the Advanced Open Water Diver with an opportunity to improve self rescue skills while also learning to safely assist other divers in distress. The course stresses personal safety and self-awareness while developing the ability to recognize and prevent many diving problems.
