I have been receiving care from Dr. Kathyrn Herndon for over 15 years now. As a retired Master’s prepared RN, I understand & respect her vast knowledge about so many aspects of medical care, in addition to pain management. Through all these years I have honestly come to feel she is more like my primary care physician because of the excellent diagnostic evaluations/advise she has given me on health issues unrelated to pain over those years. Dr. Herndon and her nurse, Cindy, are both very professional yet also have wonderful & easy ways of communicating that make it very comfortable to speak freely

I have been going to GA Pain Mgt for over 15 years. I have had nothing but outstanding care from everyone I have encountered there. Dr. Herndon is a highly competent, caring physician who has helped me tremendously with my back and shoulder pain. I so appreciate that she takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and is very thorough explaining my health issues and her approach for treatment. Can't thank her enough! Cindy and Sabrina on her staff are so kind and considerate. They all make you feel like family.

The doctor is by far the most ignorant out of all the other doctors who practice in pain management. I was a patient for over 4 years till she started working for the company and I walked out after the 2nd time seeing her! She acted like she was better than god himself! She treated me as if she was self-righteous and I was beneath her in every way.

Extremely rude office staff- an indication of the level of care for patients. I have just moved to the area and was looking for a new doctor that could see me quite quickly, given the level of pain I am in. I called to see how far out they were booking before I went to the trouble of having my records sent to someone who couldn't see me for months, and was told in a very rude and condescending tone that they wouldn't even be able to know if I'd be eligible until the records were sent over so my question was ridiculous and "I don't know what to tell you". Doctor Herndon is probably the best doctor I've ever encountered. Not only does she actually care to get to the underlying cause of a condition, she will listen to any concerns and input a patient may have. I have also experienced a great deal of relief from her PRP sessions.
Costs are mutually understood up front, and there were never any hidden costs are fees.
I really respect the honesty and credibility of this place. Sadly, it seems that these many great qualities and morals are being lost in most other providers...
