I am so appreciative of this company and so glad that I found them. IDC is great. I have used them 3 times for chenille patches and every time they do a great job. The patches always turn out extremely well. They also get things done quickly. I’m always impressed with their turn around times. Thank you so much guys!

I had the best possible experience with this company. I needed about 50 towels embroidered as gifts for a party and they were able to take care of it for me. Everything looked so nice when they were finished. I was really just so happy with the entire experience of working with them. Their customer service was outstanding as well. There’s no other company I would go to for embroidery. They are definitely the best.

I had these guys do several chenille patches for me. It was a bit last minute but they were willing to take the job. They really helped me out and got everything done right one time. Their staff was super professional and helpful with the whole project. I loved their work. It looks amazing. I will absolutely be coming back here. They made a great first impression.

We needed custom embroidered hats for a company event. We contacted a few different companies before finding IDC. They not only had the best prices but they had great turn around time as well. When I went to pick up the hats I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They really pay attention to detail and make sure their customers are satisfied. I had a very specific patch design that I wanted and I was having a hard time finding the right company for the job. I actually found IDC online and they were really great. They were super responsive to all my questions, had amazing prices, and were really helpful during the whole process. The patches turned out amazing. I can’t believe what a great job they did. The staff here was so kind and helpful when we needed letterman jackets done. I have never been to an embroidery shop before so I wasn’t sure how the process worked but the staff here was excellent about explaining everything and making the ordering process easy. It was a very pleasant experience. Our school will 100% use them again. The whole thing was great.

Dropped my items off on December 7th and got them back January 10th. I was the one following up every time, they never called me first to let me know about my order. Even the day I ended up picking up I had to call twice even after on the first call they said they would call me later with an update (which they didn't). If you don't care about timeline's they are fine. But if you do, go somewhere else. The only reason I'm giving them a 2nd star is because they gave me half off my original price and the work was cool. But overall wouldn't recommend

IDC Is the best! After a terrible experience with another company to do my sons lettermen jacket IDC was our hero! They did all my sons patches and got in done I just in time to make sure he had it to wear at his senior night football game. My son was so happy! IDC is professional and genuinely care about their customers. The quality of work if outstanding! Thank you IDC Embroidery for making it happen for my son for his special day!

We ordered our son's letterman jacket from IDC, this place was fantastic! They had never done a jacket from our son's high school however after showing a few pictures they were able to recreate the exact look of the schools normal provider. They even did custom embroidery for his schools mascot and graduation year. My other son has received his letter and we are definitely coming back for his. Best prices and service around hands down!

Ordered our sons High School Letterman jacket from here. We've never used them before and we weren't sure they could replicate the schools colors. With that said, We were VERY pleased with the outcome. Colors were spot on. They did the logo perfectly and every request was fulfilled flawlessly. We will definitely be using them again as we have other children in sports. The price and quality of the jacket was better then the place the school sent us to. Customer Service was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

FIRST I want to thank Bree and Liz for their AMAZING professionalism, PATIENCE and most of all what I love their responses in a TIMELY FASHION!!! My Husband and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary this year! With the traditional gift exchange being LEATHER - some way some how we contacted IDC Embroidery on separate occasions without each other knowing - LITERALLY- not knowing that we purchased matching letterman's jackets for one another!! Long story short! Bree and Liz put 2 - 2 together and held their tongues until the final reveal! All I can say is AMAZING WORK!!! AMAZING SERVICE

IDC must stand for "I Don't Care!" On 6/7 I made an appointment for today at 9 am with a young lady who answered the phone. I show up and no one was there. I left 2 voicemails, an email (since their greeting stayed best way to reach them is via email) and messages on their Facebook & Instagram pages. We decided to wait til 10 am since their hours state they open then. We waited til 10:15. No show & no response. The young lady who booked my appointment was well aware of how important the patches I wanted them to make was to me, explaining they are memorial patches in honor

Contact IDC over email inquiring about patches for my sons memorial shirts, just to be completely ignored after sending them my design. No follow up, no nothing. Pretty disappointing especially when I thought I had finally found a place local to me to work with.

Left two garments to be monogrammed with 1 letter each. The only request was to pick it up befor Mother's Day. My order was given a due date a month out but was told verbally it would be ready a week later.....one week later no call so I attempted to pick it up befor 1 pm which was listed for close time on Saturday's (it's not it's appt. only) . I called the store befor I went down and got not a voicemail but a credit card sales advertisement ?. I had to call another number NOT LISTED on my receipt but on the closed door of the business. This business is owned by an elder couple. They were so friendly when my girlfriend and I went to take clothes we wanted stitched for Christmas presents. The site doesnt really say, but they do word stitching and its 5 dollars for 5 letters and 50 cents for any letter after. They had a huge selection of text. We also took it in right before the holidays and they said they could get it done in 24 hrs and we were shocked.

This shop really came through for my family and I. I needed about 40 patches made and sewn on to jackets IN LESS THAN 1 WEEK for my brother's funeral. Thats way shorter than their original turn around time. The staff there are really helpful, and they even had their mom come in to help sew the patches on so they can all be completed on time. This is the best place to get your letterman/varsity jacket or getting anything embroidered (hats, shirts, etc). This shop is small but their prices are reasonable and worth it. My letterman jacket cost around $400, they took about 3-4 weeks.
The best way to contact them is by email & by calling them. They're very flexible, kind, and easy to work with, you're able to customize your patches and they look amazing. I plan to come back here to get more patches in the future.

Four stars. Ordered hats with embroidery and patches on them and they delivered! They were good at returning emails/calls and made sure my order was exactly as wanted. Overall I would order from them again.

I gave them four stars because their estimate changed after the initial quote which is a bummer but also because didn't apply the 10% yelp discount. Apparently it's only applicable if you tell them befor the initial estimate... this isn't specified on yelp. I also deducted a star because different payment amounts were requested and I had to correct them a couple times.
