We started the entire process with Ann because A) she would act exclusively as a sellers agent and B) she was very open minded. When Compass entered the partnership they brought lots of professional, thorough people who did much of the important behind the scenes work. Ann & Compass put together a knock-out video and created phenomenal interest in our home. Four days after our home went on the market we sold after receiving multiple above-asking offers. The entire experience was full of amazing "pinch me" moments.

After we completed those improvements throughout 2018-19, Suzanne along with her wonderful team came back in and advised us on the last few updates we might consider along with a list of local contractors who could do those projects at a reasonable cost. They even recommended the right color combinations for interior wall colors & carpets. We took all their recommendations and turned them into reality!
