Med One Group is one of the largest independent medical equipment leasing and rental companies in the healthcare industry. With over 30 years in business, Med One has served over half of the nation's acute care hospitals and many other healthcare facilities with leasing, rental, sales and service solutions.
Med One Group exists for the sole purpose of making needed equipment available to a variety of industries with innovative, creative, responsive and flexible equipment acquisition solutions. Originally known as Med One Capital, Med One Group was established in 1991 as a privately-owned business with its corporate offices now located in Sandy, Utah. Med One was founded by Larry Stevens and Brent Allen. After recognizing the needs of healthcare providers, they decided to focus on making medical equipment available through simple leasing, rental, and sales solutions.
Larry Stevens is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Med One Group. Larry founded Med One Group in 1991, and has over 50 years of experience in the equipment leasing and rental field - including FMA Financial Services (Executive VP, General Manager), Prudential Capital (President), and Medirec (Executive Vice President).
Embedded in and through THE MED ONE WAY is the word COURAGEOUS. This word is very dear to our hearts. Thirty years ago, we started Med One with virtually nothing. We put on the "badge of courage" and moved forward. We learned much along the way. We had luck on our side, we experienced many fortunate breaks, and we encountered our share of setbacks as we continued our journey.
