Our Water Quality Association Certified Water Specialists offer unmatched experience treating all types of water conditions, from "chemical free" iron and Sulphur removal and hard water softening to UV disinfection, reverse osmosis systems and "whole house" or "under the sink" water filtration. We have proudly improved water quality with filtration systems for thousands of homes and businesses in Vermont since 1973.

As an independent (non-franchised) water treatment and filtration products dealer and installer, we are free to choose from among the highest quality products and equipment lines for our customer's residential and commercial applications. When we moved to Vermont we were anxious because it was the first time we ever used well water and were uncertain how to ensure its quality for drinking and everyday use.
Services
Why choose Vermont water? We're a local Vermont-based business serving Vermont residents and companies for over 40 years. You can speak with a Water Quality Association Certified Water Specialist about your water problem and available solution options. We have recurring maintenance service to protect your water quality and equipment investment with no contract required.
We are not a high-pressure sales company. Rather, we have built a reputation for quality and excellence over many years of service to our loyal customers by putting the "customer" back in "customer service". Customer database specifically designed by us to provide up to date information on all customer systems, service history, and required maintenance.
At Vermont Water, we've been in business for over 40 years providing and servicing water treatment systems for residential and commercial customers, and are Certified Water Specialists through the Water Quality Association. We operate out of Middlebury in the heart of the Champlain Valley and we primarily serve customers in Western Central Vermont.
The Water Quality Association (WQA) Professional Certification program helps consumers and employers identify individuals in the point-of-use/point-of-entry water quality improvement industry. These are people who have demonstrated a certified level of professional expertise and are dedicated to high professional standards who then become a certified water professional.
We prefer to let our customer speak for us. Their satisfaction with the Vermont Water experience is what makes us get up in the morning. For us, it's about more than just business, it's about helping homes and workplaces be healthy places and drinking water is an essential part of this. Our obsession with clean water is apparent through our work.

They installed a UV system in our house that completely removed the sulfer smell that our water used to have. They have been responsive and helpful ever since. I completely recommend them!
