Called to help my teenage daughter who had lost her keys to her car. Made an appointment for them to come out. They didn't show for appointment. Didn't call to advise as to why. Upon our contacting them again, I was told that if we contacted multiple locksmiths that they would not come? I told them that we were waiting for them and no one else.
