I usually don’t post reviews about businesses. I am posting this excellent review as I don’t understand why they are getting any negative reviews. My experience with this online auction was great. I had a question during the auction which was answered immediately and professionally. They handle every bidder equally and fairly.

Edited: it is very odd I am now told my reputation score is low but this company is the only one that has ever told me this I have bid with multiple estate company’s auction houses etc in western North Carolina and have not had any problems until this one company very odd I am not sure if there is a glitch but my address on file showed an address from about 8 years ago and I only remember bidding one time in MN. Non the less they could at least reach out on any issue there may be instead of ignoring bidders and moving on.

When my Mother died, we were not pnly grieviv!ng but were left with what my Mother called, "All my stuff" She was an avid garage saler and there seemed to be unending "stuff". We were in a sad place with no idea what to do. We called Cindy and we never had to worry about it again. She was sensative to our feelings and walked us professionaly through the process. She was aloways honest with pricing and delivered everything she stated in her contract. I have recommended her to many others and still thank her for helping us through suh a difficult time.
