I needed paint and bumper repair after backing into my sons car. The staff world class staff and owner are extremely friendly, professional, and kind. I was given a fair quote for my repair within minutes. My car was ready at the time they specified when I dropped it off. My car looks BRAND NEW! Hobbs attention to detail is second to none! They went ABOVE and BEYOND as they detailed my car and buffed my headlights for no extra charge. When I picked it up my car was waiting for me and heated when I got in. I am so grateful to find a new trustworthy mechanic to take my car to! I highly recommend

This is where you take your car when you want the job done right. They are the fastest most reliable mechanic I've ever been to. Now this is not your cheap fix mechanic but when I'm on the road for a 1600 mi work week I don't mind paying a premium for the peace of mind found only through quality work. And they have mechanics who specialize in foreign makes so my Japanese cars always get treated properly.

Have been using Hobbs for several years and they never disappoint. Top notch business owner with well trained and courteous techs. I had a last minute installation needed before leaving on a month long RV trip. Got me in and done in a day and a half. Plus checked out the entire suspension and pointed out some future things I might need. RV owners put Hobbs on your list of service providers.

Solid body work done by a skilled mechanic. Called in with no prior experience and got seen the same day. Diagnosed quickly and got a quote in that same first day. I got a detailed explanation of what was going on and why, along with the exact plans of repair. I don't know of any other mechanic/car shop that will see you so fast AND explain in detail the issue so that you understand what is going on and why. Most places just say "here is the problem, we will fix it" and you just have to trust blindly that is true. Best prices around Anderson with an honest and hardworking mechanic

I have two Honda's and have been going to the Honda dealership for years. I had several friends recommend Hobbs Automotive so we decided to make the switch. We have been going there for the past few services for our cars and have been so pleased with their business. I love being able to drop off our car in the morning and all of our services have been ready by the end of the day. They have fair prices and the customer service is phenomenal. So pleasant to work. Can't say enough good things about this experience. Called in the morning for a same day oil change, they got me in right away and I was in and out in an hour. In addition they were professional, polite, and didn't try to up sell me - gave me exactly what I asked to be done. Also, extremely well priced for a full synthetic oil change - I don't think I could have done it myself at the same cost. Plus, support a small business!

Excellent service...Andrew their service writer is very knowledgeable and is very helpful. I have been here numerus times to have my vehicles serviced. They do not use high pressure sales. Mr Hobbs will tell you what is wrong with your car. He will tell the straight info: it it is not worth the repair he will tell same rather than milking you for the repair.... bottom line a great place to have your vehicle's serviced

I started going to Hobbs Automotive about 10 years ago and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop. I drive a 2003 Monte Carlo with 180k miles and it runs like new. The guys at the desk are friendly and very knowledgable. They will look at your car and tell you what's going on in plain understandable language. I've never had any issues with quality of there service either mechanical or body work. Two years ago, I backed out of a parking space when my front bumper was hooked to the pylon and pulled off my car. After the car was finished, you couldn't tell

Great customer service at first, but below average body shop work. I had to bring my car back years later because the front bumper started to come down. The bumper was not secured right and it came down enough that the tires caught it. The bracket on the wheel area came off soon after because it didn't line up right. It was minor so I didn't worry about it. I brought it back and I was questioned why I just now brought it back (it just started doing this) and I was told there was guarantee on the work as long I owned the car. Plus, it's not everyday that you can go without a car

Amazing service and great customer service. Stranded in our little ol' 1988 RV, Capitol City Ford (also great customer service) recommended Hobbs to install an inline fuel pump. They were great. Dropped the fuel tank and took care of business. Had the same pump replaced at home in AZ three years ago for two hundred dollars more! I highly recommend!

But I was in an unusual situation that needed a trailer towed from Indy to Chicago. Had an arrangement with another guy set up and he bailed at the last minute. So I cold-called Hobbs and Dave, the owner, is who answered.
When I explained the situation, he offered several solutions, including storing my trailer for free since I was in a bind. Who does that these days???
I don't live in Indy, but if I did I'd patronize Hobbs for any automotive or towing needs. Outstanding customer service, friendly owner and staff.
