Twin Lakes Rv Park
Our park rests on 50 acres consisting of 130 rental lots and two fully stocked lakes (approximately 13 acres of water) for guests to enjoy some catch and release fishing - trophy Bass are not uncommon! While here, you may enjoy a game of horseshoes, watching the sunset from one of our swings, a picnic near the water or a walk around the park - don't forget your pets!

The majority of our lots will include water, electric, and sewer. Lakefront lots include water and electric only as there is no sewer available on these lots (we have a complimentary dump station for guests to use while staying in the park). If you have any questions or would like to make a reservation, please give us a call at (770) 887-4400.

You may walk your pet in any of the large grassy areas of the park; however, you must clean up and dispose of all pet waste. For your convenience, there are various pet waste stations located throughout the park. Pets may be left unattended inside your camper provided they do not disturb the neighbors.

A nice, quiet, small park near shopping and services. A good mix of sites available. Premium lots are large and shady, and worth the extra costs, when available. Water sewer and electric available on most sites, though some near the lake have no sewer. Wifi was good and steady. We stayed here while visiting family and will be back.

Very nice park, weak Wi-Fi, or I would have given them 5 stars. I would definitely recommend.

My friend and her husband stayed here visiting us for Thanksgiving. What an awesome RV park. The owners/operators were very nice and the property has two walking/ hiking trails around two lakes. If you need a great place to park you RV for a night, a weekend or a month, highly recommend Twin Lakes.

Very clean place, exactly as described on website. Mostly full timers, it seemed. Staff were very friendly. Spot right on the pond was nice for 2 nights. Very close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and things to do!

We stayed at Twin Lakes for three nights to visit friends from the Atlanta area. The location is convenient to the highway and the office staff very friendly. The pull thru RV sites are somewhat close together and we had to park our tow vehicle elsewhere. But we were told that when we made the reservation. The back in sites by the lake looked lovely. Wifi worked fine and there is plenty of green spaces for dog walking. We found it ok for just a few nights. It would of been nice if they had restrooms and laundry facilities. But again we knew that ahead of time. There are speed signs posted, clearly

My husband and I were pretty impressed with this place. We got a spot right next to the lake, also next to the grassy knoll. My dogs couldn't wait to play in that grass everyday. Everyone living there was super friendly. I just loved all the places to walk our dogs. We felt safe, and the staff was inviting. Love how it's location was off the beaten path but close to Alpharetta. Highly recommend. Thank you for our stay!

Emptied my black tank here for a $10 visitor fee. Owner is friendly and helpful, park is clean, and easy to navigate. Payment was self-service through a door slot and so can be done at all hours.

I really questioned how this place could have such good reviews when it doesn't have bathrooms on-site, until we got there. It's BEAUTIFUL, staff is so friendly, we honestly wish we had stayed longer. They deserve every bit of the 5 stars... It was so well kept, we had sewage hookup for our RV so the bathrooms were not an issue, even the couple next to us who Didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms, and didn't have showers in their RV wasn't disappointed... we will be back!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family. Delightful park & I enjoyed all of nature’s Spring wildflowers & the bright yellow planted Tulips etc.
We stayed in a spot backed up to woods, maybe the reason I enjoyed the flowers & privacy.
More important the staff & owners here really helped us out with my crazy car loading . They spent so much time with us & would not let us pay them anything. True southern hospitality & we thank them
for providing a quiet beautiful natural place to camp.

I have been to my fair share of RV parks, but I have to say, Twin Lakes is one of the finest. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is very well kept. The surrounding area and lake is beautiful, and the park is quiet. There are a variety of sites with well maintained sewer and electrical hookups, both in the woods and near the lake. Also, the rates are very reasonable. If you're passing through, trying to escape the city, or just need a weekend out of the house, I sincerely recommend Twin Lakes RV park!

My wife and I stayed here for one night and enjoyed its location. Karen was so helpful in my booking and even made a note that I was newbie when I spoke to her weeks ago and made sure to arrange a spot that would be less difficult for a beginner. It's small, but peaceful and away from busy roads and the noise of the highway. We've already booked for our return. Thank you, Karen, for being so helpful and sweet.

We absolutely LOVED this property. The sites are neat and almost completely level (no sight is completely level mind you). The staff were amazing and very helpful for our Memorial Day weekend trip. I would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a short get away or heck even long term checking this place out. The WiFi is a little spotty but we were there for the atmosphere anyways so we didn't mind.

We have been here going on 2 weeks, with an expectation of staying at least 6 months while we find another house. So far its peaceful, and very clean. They mow at least once a week, and i havent seen any trash laying around. The lake being accessible during this HOT Texas heat is why we chose this park and we havent been disappointed yet.

Twin Lakes RV Park was a great find! We are brand new to the RV world and this was our very first RV park to stay in. We came in after hours and were a little confused, and then a lovely man named Lamar came over to assist us, even though they were closed for the night. He got us set up with a great spot and answered our questions. There is a lovely little lake and a walking path across the lake and through the woods that we really enjoyed. We would stay here again any time. Thanks for having us and making our first RV Park stay so incredible!

We have stayed at a quite a few RV parks and so far this one is lower in the ranks. The park is all gravel/dirt so if you are staying here just after rain/snow, everything is muddy which does not make set up easy. Also there are no pull through sites and the sites are very close together.

What a wonderful stop in our travels. We stayed two nights and seriously considered a third night. The setting is beautiful with walking paths around and over the lake, swings to rest on so you can appreciate the quiet. There is a fountain in each lake that is lit at night. We had a lakeside site with a nice size level gravel pad and a picnic table. The staff is friendly and appropriately busy as they keep the park very clean. We will stop here again!

There are only a few RV Parks in that area of Atlanta. Twin Lakes is a big gravel parking lot. All spaces are gravel and most of the roads are gravel. The parking lot at the office was turned into more RV spaces. Most RVs are long term. Some trailers houses are there. Go by and check it out. Don't call, The staff will tell you they are full. There are always empty spaces. I think he wants to check you out first. The rate is very high for what you get. About $800 a month. No laundry or showers. The owner lets his dog run loose and works on his loud race cars. Internet worked 3 days in the

Although not an RV'er, we went to the park to spend the day with some family who were passing through town. This is a little gem of an RV park in Forsyth county, tucked off Atlanta Highway (also known as Highway 9).

This park is accurately named - it's large and has two sizable lakes that are beautifully maintained. They have spaces for small campers to larger RVs and spaces that are tucked away under the trees for maximum shade and privacy. There seem to be quite a few long term stayers in this place (that, to me, is a good sign).

We strolled around the lakes and along a few of the

The park is very clean and well maintained!!!! If you go to their web site you can watch a video taken from a drone. They have catch and release fishing. The only down side you might find is that there is no playground, not all sites have a dump and there isn't laundry, but we didn't need any of those, we are able to use the dump station on the way out.

We are full time RV travelers, and this was one of the most beautiful parks we have ever stayed in. We anticipated staying a couple nights and ended up staying two weeks. We stayed right on the lake, but every spot in the parked seemed like it had great views. It was quiet and beautiful. This will be a regular stop for us from now on.
