I ordered from the website a succulent based upon the website photograph shown on the left and got the plant on the right. I paid a $25 up charge for a ceramic pot in addition to $35 cost for the succulent plus the $24 delivery charge.
Absolute bait and switch. I contacted the florist directly hoping they too would be embarrassed by the representation of their work and they were not! They apologized for the misrepresentation? An empty apology.

I bought a plant and a planter from the store as a gift. They charged me $25 and then I found out that the planter was actually $10. I have called and mailed them to get a refund for the extra I have paid but the owner told me that it was a mistake and we don't have any pot for $10 in the store!! So why the tag says something else?! I really was happy to find the store and I would like to go back more but it was kind of trust breaker for me.

Awesome florist! We popped in this morning to grab a small arrangement for a friend. The shop is really tasteful and clean, and we were immediately greeted with a smile. It was great to be able to browse by flower/color and create a custom arrangement. The florist was so helpful and made a few recommendations for flower types. She was very knowledgeable and also up front about pricing for each option. Once we selected our flowers she trimmed everything and assembled a beautiful arrangement in a vase for us. I came to flores mantilla for Mother’s Day today and had an amazing experience! Although it was a short last minute visit, they were happy to make me a gorgeous bouquet of hydrangeas, peonies, tulips and hyacinths. My mom was absolutely thrilled when she received them! If you’re looking for some gorgeous flowers, I couldn’t recommend Flores Mantilla enough!

I love this place! There have been so many times I’ve needed an arrangement last minute and they have always been there to save the day! The best part is that the deliver all over Eastern Massachusetts, whether it’s locally in Marblehead or in Boston - They can do it. My favorite is the selection of flowers. The owner was telling me how they go to the market regularly and everything is of the best quality. I have been looking everywhere for some red protea and stopped in yesterday for a birthday present. Luckily they had some, and the freshest ranunculus I’ve ever seen.

A really whimsical place, always full of unique plants and fresh flowers! The succulent garden is my favorite with all the different varieties! I'm not sure what $53 gets you in Boston nowadays but this is a $53 bouquet of flowers from this facility I would definitely go back again I think I got to be a little bit more detailed in what I wanted because I let the lady make this bouquet herself I gave her a price I guess you just got to spend triple that to get an actual full bouquet of flowers would I recommend 100% great beautiful products just extremely overpriced.......

The quality of the plants and flowers are great, they last long for days and smelling pretty as well. They would help you if you have a design on mind even if it's out of the brochure. The service is amazing, always smiling and ready to help.
If I want them for someone's gift or if I just want to make a special reward for me... I will go to Flores Mantilla for sure!! All of the arrangements are GORGEOUS and also affordable!!! Double win!!!!!

I recently worked with Nancy at Flores Mantilla for a custom order to fill several planters (please note that I did not work with this business for every-day flowers, so cannot comment here). I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS BUSINESS. The experience was exceedingly frustrating -- so far out of the realm of remotely acceptable customer service that it blew my mind.

I was walking by and wanted to get some flowers for my darling wife. This store pops up and it's so small and quaint that I was able to go in and get it. The lady is so on point she threw in a darker tulip to bring it out. The store is very clean and the ladies and so loving and friendly. Most florals shops are crap but this was the total opposite.

I just stopped in because I was curious about the new store and was pleasantly surprised. The shop had only been open a couple days but was absolutely overflowing with fresh flowers and plants. The girls behind the counter were very friendly and I picked up a beautiful fall arrangement to bring to my in-laws. The owner Nancy designs and arranges everything and was VERY generous with what she made me. It's nice to know a small family owned, non-corporate, business nearby and I will definitely be going back.

I recently came home for the holidays and wanted to bring my mom some flowers. Though it was last minute, Flores Mantilla in Marblehead did not hesitate to make me a spectacular arrangement. The flowers were clean, colorful, and fresh, and the design was amazing... The designer knew exactly what to do, and it was wrapped beautifully. I highly recommend using this florist!
