These guys were amazing to us. My son loved the double water slide. They brought it a day before the party ( which my kids loved) of course they played early lol. They pick up crew was great and fast. I called Biloxi Bounce House on Thursday afternoon and they were very nice and informative on the phone with setting up our rental of the Blue Hurricane Waterslide.

We celebrated my sons 5th birthday the other day and it was such a nice addition getting a bounce house for the kids. This company made it so easy and answered all questions. We actually had to cancel the birthday one weekend due to my children not feeling good and they were so understanding and helped me get set up for another day. I will definitely be giving them a call in the future for another rental.

Give it a huge 9/10! Great experience! Ryan and the gentleman that helped him were prompt and very professional! I had them put in some serious work at 6AM to get the bounce house through the gate to my backyard! I had a vision and they made it happen with no hesitation or complaint! We enjoyed the Mickey Mouse Toddler blow up and my babies LOVED it. Even in the rain. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaner at drop off! Pick up was simple and easy, the guys just swooped in and got it quickly with no bother! Can’t wait for next year to do it all over again!

Biloxi bounce house was great! I realized I needed a second bounce house/water slide two days before. I was able to get a second one online with short notice and the next day, both were set up in my yard. The kids had a ton of fun and everything was nice and clean when it arrived. This will definitely be an annual event for us.

This was our 2nd time renting and we have been pleased with both experiences. No on both occasions the unit was dropped off a day early due to a holiday weekend and the delivery guys are very efficient. When delivered they make sure it is in the precise location we requested. They also ensured everything worked before leaving. We will definitely rent again!

Online ordering was easy and stress free. All paperwork was signed electronically. The Delivery was on time, actually super early! But that gives more fun time. The drop off delivery guys answered all questions and set up was a breeze! Very polite! The pick up crew was quick and polite as well!

This princess castle slide combo was a hit for my daughter's 6th birthday. The staff came and unloaded in less than 15 minutes, wiped it completely dry and cleaned it with microban for me without even asking!! The staff was very nice and very accommodating!! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!!!!

The booking process was easy and everyone I spoke with on the phone was helpful and polite. They showed up the day before to set up and scheduled it around my appointments that day. They were courteous upon delivery and pickup and the slide worked very well and the kids enjoyed it for hours. Thank you. We would definitely use them again.
