I wish I could give a negative stars. After several months of the Parts Department and the Service Department not bothering to communicate, , our Side-by-side was in for service and a new plow. I won't go into all the trouble ordering parts, but how many calls does it take to get them orderer? The call came it was ready And in time for the next snow storm. It runs great. Plow is nice. What wasn't nice was the call the NEXT day to explain that the 600+ we just paid on delivery was only PART of the bill. This bill was also LARGER than the quote. Getting it right is not in one

Took my RZR in for a malfunctioning speedometer, Skylar and Trevor where the two that helped throughout the process. Very upfront about time frame and great communication from the both of them, got the part in and it was fixed after a couple days of the part arriving. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend .

Fabulous experience !!!! I had been traveling on my motorcycle and arrived in Traverse City. I needed a front tire. I stopped in at Classic Motor Sports. They had a tire and Skylar the service manager said they had a service bay for travelers. The bike went into the shop and the whole process took less than 2 hours. That is totally amazing. Thanks to Skylar and the staff of Classic Motor Sports for helping an out an out of state traveler on a short notice.

Took my 09 Road Glide in for some service a month ago. Had a new Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1 exhaust, new Metzler tires, urethane handlebar bushings done. The service, communication between Skyler and myself, the parts dept was great..everyone was very helpful!! I even bought a new Sena Outrush R helmet. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the company as a whole. Even Don took the time to say hello, despite his busy schedule. Take your Harley to Classic and be confident she will be well taken care of!!

Wanted to thank you all for the excellent service we received while travelling on our bike trip. Parts Manager had the hard to find suspension parts we needed for my wife's bike and Skyler, the Service Manager, was able to squeeze us in promptly so we could resume our trip. Went in for a new pair of riding boots. While there I saw a bike I was interested in. I spent 20 minutes in the showroom and not one person asked if I needed help. As far as I could tell I was the only one shopping and everyone else worked there. I watched several people that work there just walk by. Nobody even said hello. I drive a brand new truck and was dressed decent. No worries though. I will find my new bike elsewhere. I usually prefer to support local stores but when this is the customer service you get it isn't worth it.

BEWARE....HORRIBLE service.....HORRIBLE sales staff.....OWNER has NO PRIDE in this business.....NO RESPECT for its hard working AMERICAN PATRONS.....NO RESPECT for themselves....bought a brand new bike and took 4 different visits to be able to ride away as they never took time to check the bike before telling me to come get it it's ready...yeah right...each time something bad happened and they refused to take responsibility for any of it...and no sincere apology or anything worth my disappointments was ever given....and on my final visit to pick it up the bone heads thought it would be funny

Do not deal with these people. I took my ATV in for a tune up , oil change and a new muffler. They had it for two months. They kept finding new things that needed repair and gave me a verbal quote of $700. When I finally got it the bill was over a $1000. They wanted to put new wheel bearings on. I told them no and took it to a different repair shop. what a run around not to mention expensive.

My family had the absolute worst customer service experience ever here. It's almost unbelievable. We dropped off a gator with transmission issues, and were told they would call within a week with the diagnosis. Two weeks later, no call. When we drove by three weeks later, the gator was in the same exact spot, and had been mowed around! Went inside and were told we would definitely be receiving a call about it within two days. No call one week later. Extremely long BS story short, TWO MONTHS LATER, the gator was fixed, and the manager had the nerve to call my dad and demand it be picked up

Very interested in buying an ATV crew vehicle. The store looks very nice and seemed like could be great place to purchase. We stood in store for half hour and the workers only said "excuse me" to my wife and I like we were in their way. I don't have anything terrible to say but was very shocked they didn't attempt to interact or ask us if they could help a prospective customer.

I found out about Classic Motor Sports through my brother. As he is an avid motorbike/cyclist whatever you want to call it. Anyway, I was looking for a good helmet and so he told me to go here. So I did and although the helmets are not cheap by any means, they are well worth it. Also, they hold special events here from time to time. For anyone to attend such as Bike Night and such. Good little get-togethers for sure. I enjoyed my time here and the staff was friendly and overall a good time, felt like I was talking to a friend more than someone at the workplace or business. These folks were wonderful when my John Deere engine died. Of course it was during the winter. They were patient with me and explained what happened. I ended up with a new engine altogether.
A year later I had a question about the engine back firing and they told me exactly what to do. I am still blowing snow easily this year....thank goodness I have it!
