Extension of You Home Care exists because we saw a need. A need to help people take care of themselves and their families the way it should be done. In this video message, we bring you our beliefs and share the vision that guides the way we provide home care. We recognize that time and space have changed how families function, but that the need for families to be cared for has not.

If you need care for yourself, an aging parent, or other loved one, Extension of You Home Care is here for you. A client service specialist will give you a call to gather pertinent information and schedule a home visit with our Agency Director. While visiting with you, the director will discuss health status, assess the level of care wanted/needed, and then help you understand your options.
For some of us, everyday activities like preparing nutritious meals, keeping house, getting to the doctor, or just getting out at all can be a challenge. That can be isolating and frustrating. Extension of You Home Care's professional caregivers provide families with options that include appropriate care while remaining in the family home.

Extension of You came into existence right when my family needed them. My father had Alzheimer's and had become bedridden due to illness. His balance was off such that every time he got out of bed, he fell. We needed someone to be with him 24/7 for several months and when one of us couldn't be there, sitters from Extension of You were there to protect him from himself. Unfortunately, even at a local "highly rated" rehabilitation facility, he was not safe unless someone was sitting with him. Thank you so much, Extension of You, for providing caring companions who kept my dad safe!
