I love cosmic cycles. I always have a nice time there. Very cool bikes, knowledgable staff, and good vibes.

Great rental bikes, the trails are awesome, but they sent me out with a brand new bike and charged me for normal wear/tear scratches. If you rent from Cosmic, I suggest you turn them down if they try to send you out with a brand new bike.

All in all, we had a great time biking in the beautiful mountain bike trails of Flagstaff. As far as our bike shop experience, however, I was incredibly disappointed.
My husband and I were visiting Flagstaff with family over our Anniversary and had coordinated a day of biking while our infant son was babysat for the day. I called two weeks in advance and confirmed our rental at least four times by phone, each time feeling satisfied with my over the phone customer service.

Highly personable experience with Scott and Dan, they took the time to explain what they fixed so we can continue riding the Arizona Trail with confidence. Genuine guys who love to ride, are highly skilled working on bikes, and showed us they care by educating us on our bike issues. Can’t ask for more in a local bike shop!

I brought my really old, tired bike to Cosmic Cycles and asked if they could make it rideable. It probably hadn't been touched in five years and needed a lot of love. They had it back to me within three days looking and riding like new! Very affordable for the work that they did and the bike has been going great since! I really appreciate the work they did and service they provided. I will definitely continue to bring my bikes here and suggest others do the same!

Great service from Scott. Picked up one of their used rental bikes. It had been well maintained and taken care of which speaks a lot of the shop on its own.

I was looking for new bike and was unhappy with other brands in town on rides. I decided to try a Yeti out here. Scott and Ian were great, helping me get on a rental. Ian spent 20 minutes helping me get my suspension set up right for my riding style ON A RENTAL. The Yeti is the best bike I have ever ridden which is saying a lot after 30 years of mountain biking. The price was the same as internet prices and Ian let me knit pick the bike for several months after buying it with both Scott and Ian being very patient and attentive. A buddy and I stopped by Cosmic Cycles while thru-biking the Arizona Trail. Why did we stop? Well… we weren’t quite sure. Our bikes were doing…all right. We just needed someone with an experienced eye to look at our little clicks and quibbles and tell us that us that our steeds would be able to weather the remaining few hundred miles to the Utah border. Scott at Cosmic went above and beyond. Not only did he take a break from the bike he was working on to come outside and check our setups, he offered us a hose to rinse every thing off, and some chain lube to make our drivetrains happy. He

I crashed my bike and needed repairs. Since I live out of town, I asked if I could bring it in when they opened and pick it up in the afternoon. Yup! Ian gives expert service, expert repairs, and is very considerate of his customers. Cosmic had a great reputation when I arrived in Arizona in 1977. It has kept the sterling reputation as the bicycle place to go.

Dropped off my snowboards at this place to have them tuned as they had a big sign out from that said snowboard and ski tuning. 5 mins after leaving them the kid behind the desk called me to tell me I would be charged a 25% fee for a next day pickup I said never mind I will be back to get my snowboards never again will I go in this place absolute joke!! Went down the street to another shop who wanted my money.

Great Bicycle shop! We traveled from Minnesota to Flagstaff in the summer and we were outfitted (rental) with GT mountain bikes (rockshox and disk brakes) for a great price. All kinds of fantastic trails in town and beyond. Great service and bikes. Will return if we're ever back around. If I'm in the market for another mountain bike I'd love to buy from this shop.

New to flagstaff this school year and I really like mtb and found a few shops around town. A few lack costumer service but not Cosmic cycles, they have done all the repairs on my bike and do an awesome job. They are all super nice and helpful and really want to have every costumer leave satisfied. I had family come up awhile ago and they gave us a great deal on bike rentals for the day and even took some bikes out to the trail where we were at. I recommend cosmic cycles to any body with an interest in biking, they are friendly and offer great prices and are understanding and willing to work with

Wow, totally amazed! This bike shop and more importantly the people that run this thing, are amazing to say the least. Truly an outsider from Flagstaff, I had no Idea of any trails or thought of where to go, but thankfully the guys at Cosmic Cycles had a free shuttle day at the perfect time I was there. Not really knowing what to expect, I was a little timid and rather unsure about the trying it at first. However, as soon as we (was with a buddy of mine) stepped out of my car from the parking we were instantly welcomed and were brought in and talked to like one of their own personal riding buddies

I drove up from Phoenix to ride for the day but forgot my helmet and they let me buy a like new $130 TLD rental helmet for $50. Thanks for helping me out guys!

Best bike shop in Flagstaff! I highly recommend you go see Ian or Scott. They know their stuff! Great staff, location and selection.

Scott was awesome to work with as he helped me get set up with a schweet new Yeti. He took the time to listen and explain the ins and outs of my new ride, and really went the extra mile by delivering the bike to me at home after the shop closed for the day! (Turns out you can't fit a 29er + car seat + 6-month old all in the same backseat)

I can't recommend Cosmic highly enough. My beer fridge is open anytime, fellas!

I've used this company a few times and at first they started out fine. Upon going a few more times I realized this company is nothing more than trying to take advantage of their customers. They failed to offer insurance when stated on their website it is available. This simply shows the willingness to take advantage of customers. This companies waits for an inexperienced rider to rent a bike, send them on their way in hopes of them coming back with an expensive repair bill only to help the company. I would NEVER recommend this bike shop to anyone. Absolute Bikes is the place to go in Flagstaff

I love the staff here! They were honest, efficient, and fixed my problem quickly although they were a little pricier than others. I ended up having more problems than I thought with my bike, however they called me and gave me a quote. Great people here. Apparently they are under new ownership, so those who have had problems with them in the past might want to consider going again.

Update- while I haven't gone back into the shop in 3 years, the shop is under new ownership and they reached out to me to remedy an old issue I had years ago. Being a manager in the service industry, I value and appreciate the effort alone. Thank you Scott!

What an awesome bike shop owner! I needed to rent a bike for just one ride and the owner was flexible on how much the rental would cost based on how long I was out for. My friend had forgotten his helmet and the owner made sure he had one. Since we were just visiting town he even offered to loan us his multi-tool, pump and spare tube for the ride. Then he took the time to extensively go over a map of all the local trails and provide us with the best ride possible. What an awesome guy!
