Guess they don't want new clients. When you enter, you walk into a veritable wall of lavender so if you don't like strong scents (or lavender), beware. Had an appointment, which didn't seem to mean much. During my 45" wait I was either ignored or told "it'll just be a minute." Meanwhile, I witnessed the staff fussing over cat-women clients who clearly have spent too much money here, getting too many procedures. I guess it's fair that they should fuss over people who have dropped thousands here. But maybe pay a little attention to the possible new client?

WOW! as soon as you walk in, you are warmly greeted and taken care of by the welcoming and friendly front desk staff. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very nicely kept.
I was impressed with how fast the actual treatment of laser hair removal was. Before I was seen, I filled out some online paperwork then was immediately taken back for my appointment. The Doctor came in the room, reviewed what he needed to then left me in the hands of a wonderful nurse for treatment. She answered all of my questions then got to work.
After the efficient procedure, I was walked to the front to schedule

I had good experience before with De Luz but my today’s experience was worst. The technician was very rough while doing laser face and it started burning immediately. I had to stop session immediately and reschedule with my regular technician. The worst experience I had in 10 years.

This office is wonderful. As soon as you arrive you feel comfortable. It's very nicely decorated and smells fantastic. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Today was my second visit for vein treatment and I'm very pleased with the results so far. The lady that did my treatment today kept apologizing when it felt a little uncomfortable which is to be expected, it was very sweet of her but I paid to have it done lol. Highly, highly recommend this office.

I had to write Dr.Z another review because I'm so happy with these results. I've suffered from TMJ for a while and read that Botox in your masseter muscle could help alleviate pain. I knew people also got botox In the masseter muscle to help define the face more as well (give it a slimmer look) I've always had little chipmunk cheeks, that was cute when I was a child but not as an adult. I decided to do the botox (first time ever) let's say I am so happy! The pain has decreased, and my face also looks more defined. Both photos are unfiltered one was taken the day of getting the

Well not even sure where to begin, other than I went into De Luz Medical for some laser treatments on my chest and arms and seriously left there looking like a burn victim and by the next day I was covered, I mean covered in blisters and also ended up with multiple scars from the burns. I had to have months of treatments to try and fix their mistake. I had to wear long sleeves in the midst of the summer because I looked like I had Leprosy. I ended up with extreme anxiety as well, you'll see why when you see my pics. My skin in those areas will never look the same again and I want to cry every time

Love coming here! I did laser hair removal and Botox here for a couple years. The laser hair removal was the best thing I have done, I just purchased a great deal for 6 large area treatments, perfect before summer! I have had a touch up since September 2019. Botox is always spot on ( I come every 5 months).

If you are someone who cares about quality service then do not waste your time or money at this establishment. I will start by saying the nurse who worked with me and the person who helped her are excellent
This review is to share the very negative experience I had with the management of this business. When a client arrives for their apt, you should call to let De Luz Aesthetics know you arrived and then they will call you when it's time for you to walk in (this is due to COVID and is understandable and appreciated) there was an issue where for some reason I wasn't receiving their calls

I went to De Luz Medical Aesthetics to get a mole lasered off on the right side of my face. I've had the mole nearly my whole life and I felt like it was starting to get bigger so why not give laser a try. The entire process was so easy and painless. The staff is so helpful and professional & ensured I was taken care of. Dr. Zieber is great! He takes the time to answer all of your questions, he explains what to expect and after care. It was a really great and easy process and I can't wait to go back for my second laser session!

I'd never been to a place like this but when you get to be over 50, you will find hair growing in places in shouldn't. In my case, it was on my ears. Very embarrassing but from the first day, DeLuz was terrific! Very professional and discrete. Flexible on scheduling and I was pleasantly surprised by their prices. Very reasonable. I can't say enough about the place. I will certainly return if necessary.
