Era Life Care believes you must factor in Post-Operative Home Care Services as part of your plastic surgery experience and investment. Typically most people need someone to meet them at the clinic, drive them home, pick-up prescription drugs and assist with getting situated at home or hotel. Our Post-Operative Home Care Services will provide you with the assistance you need and prevent you from overexerting yourself during the recovery process.

I met with Naomi for 90 minutes at my parents' house. She made many promises, just like the other two agencies that we had previously hired. She said they had very well trained staff to deal with my 88 year old mom who has dementia. The two daytime women that were sent the following weekend had zero experience with dementia patients and had zero background information on my mom. We paid a $2000 deposit and $36 an hour for people who did pretty much nothing except for sit and watch my 86 year old dad do mostly everything. Extremely disappointing.

My husband had hip replacement surgery and I contacted Era Life Care regarding the services they would provide for in home care. Csasha Sanchez came to our home to do an evaluation of the care to be provided on a Saturday. They were to start the next Wednesday. However, on Tuesday he was readmitted back to rehab facility and stayed for 10 days. On discharge he was doing so much better we did not need the services of Era Life Care. I spoke to Csasha Sanchez and told here to take a percentage of the payment already made for her time doing the evaluation. She said, No, we held the check so they would

Era Life Care has been a wonderful service for us. After my Mom passed away, we realized that Dad needed more care than I was able to give. Era Life Care has been wonderful. Naomi came to our home and assessed Dad's situation and our needs. Then matched us with great caregivers. We have been so pleased with the level of care Dad has received and the support from the office. I highly recommend Era Life Care.

I worked with Naomi on getting post-op care. She's staff with CNAs and RNs which will vary on price.
I was able to secure 24hr care for 2 days with CNAs rotating every 12 hours. Merissa, Marie and Ramona. All three ladies were great, empathetic and followed doctor's orders. They were thorough and documented everything; medicine log, activity log, meal log.
I would recommend highly Era Life Care for post-op care. I know they also provide in-home care for elderly parents as well.

I normally don't write reviews, but I want to thank Era Life Care , Naomi and the caring staff that cared for me after my elective surgery procedure. I don't know how I would have gotten by without their assistance. I was truly cared for and impressed on how my care takers followed the post-op instructions, diet and assured I took all my meds accordingly. Also, while I was recovering, not only did they care for me, but also assisted me with light housekeeping, prepared my meals and cared for my dog! I was happy and relieved that I didn't have to board my dog while recovering

I needed a caregiver for my dad ASAP. They provided one for us and she was excellent. They didn't overwhelm us with paperwork until we needed them more often. So far we've had two different caregivers, and even though we loved the first one, she sponge bathed and stayed a little over to care for his facilities use, they both took great care of my dad.
