We are the Verde Valley's Vehicle Maintenance Shop. We are located in Camp Verde, Arizona and service vehicles from all over Northern Arizona, including Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Phoenix, Prescott, and Sedona. We specialize in automotive diesel powered vehicles, such as Ford Power Strokes, Dodge Cummins, and the Chevrolet Duramax.

We are also highly qualified to work on gasoline powered cars and pickups. We have the facility and experience to maintain: cars and pickups, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks and trailers. We have the diagnostic equipment needed to work on today's modern computerized vehicles. Whether you have a fleet of heavy duty trucks or a minivan, you can count on HEFR Auto and Truck Repair to properly maintain your vehicle and keep it running smoothly.
Services
Our shop was built on quality repairs and service. In order to achieve high quality results, many things must exist. To start with, a shop must have the very best staff of Mechanical Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Venders and Suppliers. They must have the proper tools and equipment, all in good working order, to perform their jobs.
A lot of businesses do things because it fits the business, not the customer. As a consumer, few things are more frustrating than having to jump through the several hoops before a business will accept your money. This is crazy! We have put a great deal of thought into our process and try to make things as easy for our customers as we can.
Regularly scheduled maintenance keeps your vehicle running smoothly. A properly maintained vehicle is much more cost effective than one that is only brought to the shop when repairs are needed. When you neglect your vehicle, you're not only paying the price of the repairs, you are also paying and additional cost with your time, stress, inconvenience, and so on.
It makes no difference if you own a single work vehicle or a fleet of several trucks; you cannot afford to have broken down vehicles. If the units are not running, you are not making any money with them. At HEFR, we can help. We understand both the Cost per Mile, and Down Time. We use quality parts to reduce both the Cost per Mile and Down Time.
We have many people that come in once a year to have the annual service performed on their motor home. It is always a joy to visit with them and hear about their adventures. Working on medium duty trucks has given us the foundation to maintain and repair motor homes. We have also found that RV'ers want the same things that a business owner wants, reliability, lowest cost of operation, convenience and a simple repair process.

Rear pinion drive shaft seal leaked on our class A motorhome. Hansen Enterprises (HEFR) replaced the seal. We also had them pack the front wheel bearings, replace those seals, and grease the caliper slides. They completed the work in 24 hours. Reasonable price. Quality craftsmanship - a rare fiend these days.

We brought our Prevost H3-45 bus motorhome to HEFR for a leaking wheel seal and complete PM service, engine oil change, belts, brakes, differential oil, transmission fluid and filters. Dave’s shop is professionally run, clean and the mechanics are in uniform and pros at their jobs. Communication was great. This is a quality shop and I would recommend them to a friend.

Finally, an RV mechanic I can trust! Access is a breeze as well. Fair pricing, but most of all is peace of mind.
Dave gave me a creeper to go under my RV with him so he could show me how he was diagnosing the issue. As a single woman, this really upped my confidence and trust in the HEFR team. Understanding the problem and how he'd repair it reduced the overwhelm a lot!
He made the quality repair as scheduled!
I will be back.

Called them out on a emergency call. They came right away and diagnosed that the battery was bad and needed replaced. They got the tractor started by jumping it and said we will send you a bill. Well we got the bill and it was $460. $100 for the emergency call out and $360 to diagnosis and tp jump start the battery. I didn't think that was fair so I gave them a call. He said that was the minimum fee. I asked him why wouldn't he tell customers that before he sent out his technicians. He didn't know why.

Had my medium duty RV hauler serviced. Very friendly and in and out in short order. I forgot my wallet and Dave even said I could just phone it in! We are just passing through and he doesn't know me from Adam!
I would definately recommend them.

Left Los Angeles, California in a motor home with a chassis battery that was getting weak, so as to not take a charge and not able to start the engine without the booster switch of the cabin battery. Also noticed a burned out drivers side low beam head light lamp...took off to Camp Verde, Arizona to visit family, any way.

After reaching the Camp Verde - Cottonwood area in Arizona decided to replace both defective parts, before the motor home gave me any more trouble. Pulled into the "Hefer" Hansen Enterprises Fleet Repair garage. 1st impression, nice large building with at least 3 service
