I had to go here to get fingerprinted for my job. No one from this place ever showed up to do the appointment. There were a few other clients waiting outside as well. We finally called the people who sent us there and they said no one was coming in. I had to reschedule twice. I was not impressed. Once I did get it done the lady was fairly professional except she trashed her boss which I felt was a bit inappropriate. I will not go there for anything else if I have a choice.

Had an appointment at 11:55 this morning. Arrive, and have to walk around some creepy building to suite 3, which was locked by the way. The man that answered the door informed us that there was no fingerprint person there since Thursday, as they were out sick. However I never recieved a phone call saying that my appointment was canceled. The man was very rude, and told me he didn't know what I wanted he to do. That as far as he knew it was on the website. As I told him, why would I bother to check a website when I had an appointment. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, I will not be returning.

There were crosses everywhere in the office, and the fingerprinting lady was very grouchy. She asked what my exact job title was going to be, and when I pulled out my phone to check she said, "No phones in here!" Next she got mad at me for holding my fingers too stiffly, and then when I relaxed them she got mad at me for having them too floppy. She huffed at me every time it rejected a print and she had to redo it.

Wish I could give negative stars! Had an appointment last week at 1:35 and the door was locked. Since I got there a bit early I waited till 1:50 plenty of time for someone to show up, and nothing! On a later day I called to find out what happened, and was told I have no right to ask why they were closed, by the owner. Really, wow!!?? I had an appointment and you were not there?! The women working there was so rude and disrespectful. Because of there absence I'm still in the process of getting this done. Worst of the worst customer service. Avoid this place if you can.

It was a bit hard to find beings it is tucked back behind everything kind of in a hole. But I will add the lady working was more then nice and patience beings I was an HR late for my appt and she still squeezed me in.

I got in quickly and the lady working there was nice. What's odd is that even if you have an appointment it has no bearing on when you get in. So if the place is full and you have an appointment, you still have to wait in the queue. It's also set back behind the building. In or to get to it you have to either go down a large flight of stairs or go down a bit of an incline. I certainly wouldn't want to be there at night. It's woody and lots of bushes. There is a King county metro bus that goes by it.

Came in early for my appointment for fingerprints and was able to get in, get out fast. The person who helped me was friendly and courteous.

I brought my niece for fingerprints for her Job, please keep in mind that this is was our first time there and we have no idea how their office is set up.
Her appointment was at 12.30pm, and we arrived at 12:09pm. We tried to open the door, it was locked. So my niece knocked.. A lady opens the door, “greats” us very rudly, I began to tell her that she had an appointment, then again very rudly she asks “what time is the appointment?” We tell her at 12:30pm and very rude and sarcastically says “exactly! Come back at 12:30” we are at lunch (how are we supposed to know how their office
