Services
Call our main office at 337-232-6226 and provide the operator with the new contact information. No, a home phone line is not needed for our wireless systems. Our security systems have the option to use cellular technology to send signals from the keypad to our Central Station. Cellular security systems work independently and are not affected by home phone lines.

I would give this company zero stars but that’s not an option. I have been with them for quite some time due to the contract cancellation restrictions. I have had issues with the alarm system as well as having my phone number changed. Currently I am paying for an alarm that will not even call the correct number after I’ve given it to them twice. I also attempted to change the account the funds are drafted from and that has not changed yet and it’s been several months. I recently sent in a letter to cancel my contract and requested a letter confirming that they have received my request prior

Worst alarm company out there...from my experience. I had them for a while because of the cheap price..you get what you pay for. Customer service was horrible. For about six months I was paying for service and didn't have services, because of a mix up with their installation. Again the price was cheap and so was the service. I'm glad to say I no longer have them. I would not recommend them at all..pay more go with another another company

Okay so I recently got a new house and was told Kingdom alarms had great deals... I called and Mr. Terry came to my house on a Saturday (Which I appreciated) he looked around very briefly and asked if I had an attic that went across the house... At that point I had not thoroughly inspected and replied no I guess not. He then informed me that I had to pay 150 dollars for them to install. Which I had no issue doing the following Monday. I signed the contract gave my bank information and said I would set up installation Monday and would call Mr. Terry then. Well the next day I realized I did in fact

Worst alarm company ever!!!! Beware!!! I originally signed on with kingdom in 2014 and moved 2 years later and they said they could switch it over and I could ride out my existing contract since they serviced in my area or I would have to pay a disconnection fee. I had them switch everything to my new address to avoid the fee. 8 months later I am now moving 1200 miles away and my contract was supposed to end in April and they are now telling me that they placed me in a new contract and never told me and now because they don't service where I am moving they are threatening to destroy my credit!

DO NOT USE KINGDOM ALARMS. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! PAID FOR THE ALARM SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO INSTALL MY SYSTEM. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE, THEY ARE ALL ON CALL. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO ANYONE THEY HAVE A 3RD PARTY ANSWERING SERVICE. BUYERS BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
