Took my mower in on Monday. It was ready on Tuesday. New carburetor, air filter and cover, new pull handle that my dog chewed off, filled it with gas and had it looking brand new. Started very first pull. Better than new. Outstanding service. They have a loyal customer now. Thanks much. Found out about them on facebook. Someone on there commented that they did mower repairs.

Dropped off our lawnmower for repair/service. It wasn't starting. Got a call it was ready, picked it up - got it home and as we were unloading it we discovered a hole had been melted through the cover. Didn't bother to unload it just took it straight back to them (5-30-20). They took it said they'd have their service manager call us that Monday, that it would be the first mower worked on Monday morning. Had to call late Monday to see what was going on - at first they said it didn't happen there but ultimately agreed to cover it. Said they had to order the cover. Called last week was told they'd

Called last week to see if they could work on my chainsaw. Was told yes no problem to bring it in. The next morning the guy look at it and says "we don't service these anymores" when I told him I had already called, he had a note about it, but wasn't going to say anything. They took it and said they'd text. A week goes by and I have to call them. All for them to tell me they can't fix it. The man should have never taken it to begin with. Thanks for wasting my time. I heard so many great things.

They say the proof of the pudding is when something goes wrong. Last week my Traeger quit working, I was not happy.
I went in and talked with Danny who has always taken great care of me. He agreed to come out to the house, take a look at the Traeger and let me know what needed to be done.
It turns out that the motor and auger units had broken. Danny told me to contact Traeger support as I would still be under warranty and to send them the pictures to the address that they would give me. I did and Traeger is now sending me a unit with both the auger and the motor, and has authorized Danny to come

Love this place for all of our Traeger needs! We purchased our grill here and absolutely love it. Everyone was super helpful.
We also come here for snacks when we are in the area. Their Krispy Krunchy chicken strips are DELICIOUS!!! Kids are picky little turds when it comes to food and always devour and request this place when we are in South Meridian.

My Riding Lawn mowers is at the shop right now. I took it in two weeks ago and they said it would be 1 1/2 weeks. Today is 2 weeks. I finally called them back and ask what is going on. They said their mechanic was sick and now they could not get to it for more than a week. I have used these place in the past (I bought by Mower from them). I know they have more than 1 mechanic and I think they just forgot about me. They should of called me and told so I have at least a choice on what to do. What terrible customer experience. I would not recommend them and will tell other not to use their service

My go to place for bbq supplies. I've even picked up some great recipes and other ideas from staff I've gotten to know. Knowledgeable, friendly and candid--they haven't just tried to sell me the priciest items they have. I miss seeing Simon around, but it's been nice over the years be able to talk to people who share a common interest and can offer some good advice for cook outs.

I love the concept of this store. It's big and clean and well stocked. As other reviews have said, they have great BBQ supplies and they even have a BBQ pit in the back that serves BBQ. Saturday they serve pulled port sandwiches. We had ours with their smoked Mac N Cheese. HORRIBLE! The sandwich was dry as dust. The Mac N Cheese had very little cheese. Again, dry as dust. YUK!

Nice little stop and shop/gas station in a convenient location. I like that they have a growler fill station and they keep a fairly good selection of local beers on tap. The service is always friendly when you go in and they have a nice selection of most everything you would need. In a pinch I got lunch here, I think it's crispy chicken or something that they have open for lunch, and it was actually pretty good food, better than KFC.

This place has a little bit of everything. Gas is Texaco so not the cheapest not the worst, there convient store has a good variety but not amazing, they also have a feed store and outdoor and horse supplies. They do have some kobe beef local raised meet and some nice grills for sale also.. so not a bad all around store
