We have over 5000 rugs in stock that have been hand picked from different weavers around the world! We receive several rugs per day for repair from Milwaukee or neighboring towns and cities. I found my dream rug from a local thrift store, but it was very stained and smelled bad. I took a risk on it and brought it to Shabahang and Sons for a clean. They were confident that they could make it look beautiful and they did. They washed it twice to make sure it was stain-free and also cut a custom carpet pad for me to fit the irregular shape of my carpet. It smells great now and is just what I wanted. On top of making my rug look like new, the customer service was outstanding. They carried everything to and from my car and everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. The store is also beautiful

We had our four large Oriental carpets cleaned this October by Shabahang and Sons, and they did a fabulous job! The colors are vibrant again, the carpets and fringe look wonderful, and their crew took a great deal of care moving our furniture off of and back onto the carpets. Behzad Shabahang, his father, and their crew are the best! My husband, Leon, and I couldn't be more pleased. We totally recommend Shabahang and Sons!

I had an excellent overall experience. On a first visit, Ben assessed the value of a number of rugs which helped me set a price for one that I was selling. He did not pressure in any way to come to purchase another rug. He did point out that the rugs could be cleaned which I knew. They were past the timeframe. Again no pressure. After my move, I did call him to get one rug cleaned. He did the pick up and delivery. The rug looks good and the fringe is now immaculate. He was personable throughout, accessible, and provided excellent service throughout.

I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but found three good candidates. The best part was that Mr. Shabahang offered to bring the rugs to my home so I could see them in my space. Once on the floor there was no doubt that I had found the perfect unique carpet for my home. The next day, they returned with a pad. I have wasted lots of money buying inexpensive rugs online….most of which were “not quite right.” Only by seeing the rug in your home can you actually know. The whole experience with Shabahang was low stress and enjoyable. I highly recommend Shabahang and Sons.

About a year and a half ago I happened to walk in to the store on Water Street. I knew I wanted to make my first rug purchase but didn't know much else. My thoughts on size, color, and style were gently guided for the perfect fit. Today I was so excited to return to make my second purchase after loving the heck out of the first rug. I couldn't be more pleased and am so grateful to have walked in so many months ago.

They were incredibly helpful over the phone when I inquired about area rug padding.
Explained the correct way to measure and after I did that, I called back gave the measurements over the phone and 3 hours later, they delivered the padding to our home. Courteous, quick, professional, and made it so incredibly easy! Even took the time to label the padding to make it easier to match w the large area rugs.
