Dr. Orvosh was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor in Natural Science and Mathematics, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. He graduated in 2002 with honors. He served as Sergeant in the US Army Reserves for eight years, one of which was served overseas in Kuwait and Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Dr. David Nicols has dedicated himself to helping the residents of Greensburg for the past 17 years. He is an expert in the non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical treatment of neck, back and joint pain. Dr. Nicols specializes in the care and case management of personal injuries including auto accidents and work related injuries.
