May be refereed to as a Maintenance Agreement or Maintenance Contract by your permitting authority. Your local permitting authority may require that aerobic treatment units be under contract with a maintenance provider that will routinely inspect your system. This contract is designed to protect you, your neighbors and the environment from untreated wastewater being disposed of onto your lawn.

Tri-County Septic sent Brad to us yesterday. He was an excellent communicator. He stopped back in the office to tell us what we needed to know and what to do. I don’t know much about septic systems but I do know that I want to follow the rules. He was kind and professional in his demeanor. I know our system will be kept current under their care.
