Services
Betty's studio is located in the beautiful coastal community of Habersham in Beaufort SC. It is about 30 minutes form Bluffton, SC and 45 minutes from Hilton Head SC and Savannah GA. Betty also shoots on location in Beaufort SC, Bluffton SC, Hilton Head SC and Savannah GA. The studio is designed with your baby's safety and comfort in mind.
3 hours in studio ( a bit longer with parents and siblings): several bean bags poses, 1 to 2 prop set ups and family/siblings shots. 25 exquisitely edited images (plus B&W digital versions) available for download within 3 weeks with a matching 5x7 color print.
An heirloom hand-made wood window box with 20 matted 5x7 color prints mailed to you ( you receive a 5x7 color print for each edited image and can change your matted photos in your box as you wish, I will pick and assemble my favorite 20 for you).3 to 4 hours in studio, poses on the bean bag, poses in a prop, macro shots and images with parents and siblings.

Photographing newborns and babies has been my passion for the last 8 years. My love for my four daughters is what ignited my desire to photograph newborns. I have been trained from the best newborn photographers in the field traveling around the world. I am up to date on my vaccines, the Tdap vaccine to prevent whooping cough and I get the flu vaccine each fall when it is first available.
I have trained with the very best maternity photographers traveling around the world these last few years while also taking several workshops with the world renown Elena Shumilova and Barb Uil from Jinky Art from Australia who have inspired me so much.

Booked a newborn session and it was amazing. Betty is very professional and phenomenal at what she does. She worked so well with my one week old. BEAUTIFUL photos. Traveled over an hour to have the shoot and would do it again for future sessions. I’d recommend to anyone to book with her. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Betty is amazing! We did our maternity photo shoot on both the beach and in her studio in early January. I was most concerned about COVID precautions, and she was more than understanding of this. We are also from out of town, so this added a layer of complexity, but she was so great working with us constantly via email and Facetime. She made me feel incredibly special and beautiful during all the shoots, and I had a fantastic time. She was also so helpful with styling (her wardrobe is fantastic!). We recently got our prints and digital files and love them all! Going to be hard to pick which ones

Oh my goodness, I can’t rave enough about Betty and her work. She is so talented and has that special touch when it comes to newborns. She is so meticulous and will do whatever it takes to get that perfect shot of your little one. Her pictures are gorgeous and you will not be disappointed if you book a session with her. I am so glad we chose her to take such special pictures of our new baby

We had such a great experience with Betty for our maternity photo shoot. She was very professional and mindful of all social distancing and safety. It was great to have a large closet of maternity gowns to choose from for the photos. Her love of good lighting mixed with good luck for our shoot was perfect! These are photos we will cherish forever!

My husband and I were EXTREMELY satisfied with our experience during our newborn photography session with Betty! From start to finish, she made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Betty was beyond amazing. We LOVED our photos. She spent much time with us and allowed us to frame what we wanted in family photos. She was stress free and made it fun. We were taking photos of the midst of a storm surge and she still made them look like the most incredible photos. I am so happy that I found and hired Betty to take my maternity pictures. Five stars doesn’t do her justice. Betty is simply THE BEST!! Betty is AMAZING. We hired her to take our newborn photos and had such a great experience - she still photographs our growing child and now our entire family. I was a total emotional mom after waiting too long to book our newborn photos & felt like I missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity. Betty to the rescue - she was still able to capture the newborn look for me, despite him being a bit older. Not only is she incredibly talented and creative, she is also so patient and kind. I should also add that my baby boy just adores her. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
