Just had my windshield replaced and am extremely pleased with Ramon's work, professionalism, and responsiveness. He was able to get the replacement glass I requested without having to pay more. He provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a windshield repair.

The window placement was perfect no blue tape or scratches were its cut out like other companies ive experienced. Perfect show room material. I will continue to go here& recommend to everyone I know. Their very pleasant & got me in the next day. Works with my insurance also.

I was driving back into town on Highway 20 and got a bad rock chip. As soon as I had service I was able to contact Ramon. I had seen his business vehicle around town and remembered the name. He was able to get me in within 30 min. I was immediately at ease after speaking with him. I left him with my keys and walked down to O'Meara Bros. For lunch. He told me he would have it done in 35 min. And finished in 25. He did a great repair, explaining everything. Additionally, he was very personable and great to shoot the breeze with after the job was done. Heck he even offered a cold bottle of water,

I would highly recommend Ortiz Auto Glass, he has integrity, honesty and was very friendly and helpful. Unknowingly, the smaller then quarter size crack in my windshield had already been fixed prior to me purchasing the vehicle, I noticed one side of the crack looked as if it had begun to spread. Mr. Ortiz was honest with me explaining how he knew the cracked has been worked on already, he said keep an eye on one little spot if it begins to spread come in. I really apprecite his honesty and integrity as a business man. He saved me fourty-five dollars that day and won himself a life time costumer
