He came to the house, answered all my questions in words I could understand and did an excellent job on checking and updating my system. I found Ted to be both personable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him for his abilities, as well as willingness to explain what's happened. Though almost everything IT related swooshes right over my head, I felt confident that Ted knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to scam me. He also sent a follow-up How-To booklet so that I may update my computer's anti-viral and malware programs regularly. A real gift.
