Dan O'Keefe has been taking photos and classes since he was eight years old. Having a background in nature photography makes using all the natural outdoor settings that Houston has to offer very enjoyable. Dan has been the owner of Natural Expressions Photography since 2005, taking over for his mother Barbara, who started the photography studio company in 1986.
The hard part is over and now it's time to celebrate! Specializing in both bar and bat mitzvah photography, we will photograph all the details of the decor, food, party favors, and the venue of the event itself. These photos help to retell the story of the party through your album. We will get groups together as well as plenty of candid and dancing shots.

Maternity photo sessions are mostly done outdoors and we are happy to include a significant other and/or older children. We have everything needed for newborn photos here at our photography studios.

Christine did my maternity & newborn photos and they're so beautiful. She's my go-to photographer for anything now. For all the shoots she gave me color schemes, beautiful locations, and so many amazing pictures to choose from. She's flexible with scheduling, she's great with kids, and the photos are exceptional.

I understand that everyone has different experiences, and it seems everyone else had a good experience with this company. I really tried to have a positive experience, but I can no longer force myself. I feel disheartened and devastated as well as taken advange of and misled. I guess things work differently in Houston as far as professionalism and customer service. This was the worst photo session and overall experience for us. I blame myself for not speaking up, then I know it will not be worth it when I know nothing will be done. We will never seek out any photographer here in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Dan. This was our first professional shoot, we told him what we liked (candid/interactive photos) and his guidance was so helpful! We met at local park and he took outstanding family photos (with our two elementary age boys). He called us a few hours before the shoot to solidy what we were going to do and that put me at ease. This showed the business's extreme level of professionalism and caring for the client. The turn around time is also very fast.

I just reviewed my daughter’s senior photos and cannot contain my excitement!! They are ALL sooooo good that I’m never going to be able to decide lol!! Her photos turned out way better than I could have ever imagined!! Not only was Christine so much fun to work with, she is also extremely talented! I plan to use Natural Expressions Photography for all future photo sessions!!

The photographer took some great shots without having to have everyone pose. The turnaround time on the disc we received was lighting quick. Would definitely recommend Natural Expressions to any one looking for a top notch photographer. The company was very easy to work with and the photographer was a very nice guy

I cannot emphasize enough what a phenomenal experience we had using Dan and Christine from Natural Expressions for our son and daughter's weddings, which were 3 months apart. From the minute that I called Dan I was greeted with such warmth and such professionalism, and when we met I just knew that there was no need to look any further. They are so friendly, so accommodating with their time, flexible, very reasonably priced, overly experienced, and will do anything you ask of them. Dan and Christine are amazing photographers. Both are professional, very friendly, easy to work with and creative. Natural Expressions has taken photos of my kids since they were babies and I have always had good results. I referred them for a friend's wedding and the photos were great.
