Services started out great. I had to pay upfront but felt confident based on our initial conversations that the agreed upon scope for bookkeeping would be completed in a timely basis. I had flexibility in completion timeframe and we came up with a schedule that let her complete my tasks over a few weeks. This was a mistake, weeks turned into months and it has been 6 months since first meeting and she hasnt completed scope of our contract and will not return calls or emails. Pretty disappointing and unprofessional.
