We have been successfully using a CNT 950 series router for 12 years. We manufacture an aluminum and wood line of mobility aids for children with disabilities. We produce approximately 85 - 90% of the wood materials needed for our wood line of therapeutic products on the router. The machine is a work horse. Paul, Max, Jeff and the team always provide us with excellent service.

We didn't know much about the CNC world, machine types, hold down systems, drawing software. But after getting in touch with Paul at CNT Motion he looked at our products, heard what we wanted to do, and custom made a machine to produce our products, complimented it with a hold down system that works beautifully, along with the needed drawing software to get us going.... We have owned a cnc machine used heavily in the aluminum extrusion industry for years. We decided to expand and get something bigger. Instead of going again with brand x we decided to go with a new brand that we had heard nothing but good things about. After pulling the trigger on a curtain wall machine with a 4th axis and getting it installed we wondered why we didn't do it earlier. This machine is bad to the bone. It is completely customizable from button configuration to clamp mounting. If this thing didn't chew through material so fast we would buy another. Thanks to Paul, Jeff and the team

We own a wide variety of CNC machinery. The vast majority of the time we can have them up and running doing what they are suppose to do. However, there are times when we need additional expertise or just a fast answer to keep the machine up and running. We purchased our router from CNT Motion because we believed they would be the most committed to supporting their product. I've owned my cnt 1000 for 17 years and it's still going strong. There's never been a problem that couldn't be solved. Both Paul and Jeff have been at our facilities in New York and North Carolina , to provide expert training and tips for keeping things running smoothly. It's a comfort to know that these guys are always available . Our next machine will surely be a CNT!

We have owned our CNT Motion router for 11 years with simple maintenance being our only expense. Monday our 25hp motor failed, we contacted Paul at CNT Motion. He priority shipped the motor and it arrived by noon on Tuesday. Our maintenance department had it installed and we were cutting parts by 3:00pm that same day. This is a benchmark for outstanding customer service. One day of down time was a miracle! Hats off to Paul and the CNT Motion employees for a job well done!

I recently had a problem with my CNT router. An intermittent problem- the worst kind to diagnose. After many hours on the phone the diligence of the support team at CNT paid off. Thanks to Paul and Jeff the problem was solved. Although it's a great machine ,a machine is only as good as it's support and support is what you get from this great company. I can't believe the amount of time and feedback Paul and Jeff gave me until the problem was found. I was ready to give up- but not CNT. Forgot to mention- my machine is 14 years old. Most companies would be trying to force a new machine down my throat
