I am a Owner Operator from Florida who was making a delivery in Monroe and I will never never recommend anyone to this repair shop. They Extremely over priced for any Owner Operators who are who drives over the road. They are price gouging any Owner Operators. My husband knew the problem, tried telling them. Long as they keep doing diagnostic testing they keep charging extremely high fees. Owner Operators BEWARE...... Don't take your Truck here....... They are friendly people....

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
These guys took care of me when nobody else could. I had been to several shops and got the run around. Not being from the area I was nervous. They started on my truck the same day. The consolidated people were friendly and kept me up to date the whole time. But they fixed me right. Not too expensive for all they did.
Services: Oil change, Transmission, Electrical, Check engine light diagnostic

Great Service! Was passing through headed to FL. Check engine light came on and started whistling. Randle was able to diagnose my issue in less than an hour. Also was honest enough to recommend delaying the maintenance until I got where I'm going. As a owner-operator, I truly appreciate honest mechanics! And the bill was low and fare also. I highly recommend this establishment!

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Carried a truck to them on Thursday because we were told they would get it in the shop on Friday...that didn't happen, it was Monday. When we finally got the truck back at the end of the week, $6600, it was half fixed and put back together. Had to drive it back (2 1/2 hours away ) to get them to fix it AND STILL DID A HALF JOB. They will never get my service again nor will I ever recommend them for anything.

DO NOT USE CONSOLIDATED.......These guys are nice and friendly, but they don't know anything about trucks. They do however know how to charge, and charge they do. Consolidated mechanics are parts changers at best. If you get a quote from them expect your final bill to be a least double the quote. Usually with no result. I will not be doing business with these guys again. I am astonished they are still in business. Probably great guys to go fishing with, but if you want positive results fixing your truck.....DO NOT USE CONSOLIDATED.

Broke down in truck stop on Thursday, no power anywhere.in our motorhome , they sent a polite young man out he spent 2.25hours checking fuses and relays . Decided it must be ignition switch. Had to order switch . Friday at 230 got a call ,no switch yet.wiuld have to wait til Monday. At 430 (there go on overtime at 5) they called said he would be right here. Changed the ignition switch. ( No change). Told us to find someone else. Charge $915.00 and we are still setting at the truck stop. Ugh

I had an e-450 diesel 6.0 rebuilt. Was told it would be around 12-14 thousand to rebuild it. They had my vehicle for 6 months and the final bill was $23,500. They reduced the price $1500. I kept asking how long the warranty was. They would give me no written guaranty, but only said we will back our work. Almost 1 year later, the vehicle just stopped running. I had the Ford dealership do a diagnostic on it. Was told repair would be around $20,000 worse scenario. I went to Consolidated and presented the situation. They said they would check with the Ford dealership to verify the issue and give me
