I called for an emergency service because the ice machine for my restaurant broke. I was told I would receive a call with the estimated time the tech was coming. Two hours later, I received a call stating that he couldn't be there for four or five hours which would mean he would arrive at midnight. We both agreed it was too late. He responded that he will reschedule with the office for 1 pm the following day. At 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm...no tech. At 5:15 pm the office called and rudely explained to me that no one will be coming and they could not service my business. Apparently they are

These guys are awful!! They came over for 5 minutes to say they couldn't work on my freezer because it was under warranty then left. Then billed me for 1.75 hours plus a truck charge.
When I called the guy got very aggressive and asked if I wanted the GPs printout ect . I don't care if the tech spent two hours in my parking lot reading God knows what I just wanted to talk about the 5 minutes he performed a service for me. The service rep on the phone called me buddy and hung up.
Don't use CRM if you don't want to get ripped off!
