Georgetown Ironworks Inc. has been in business since 1991. We specialize in the fabrication and erection of structural steel and miscellaneous iron. Some of the more unique projects we have worked on recently have been the refurbishing of Edgartown Light House in Edgartown, MA and the Block Island Light House on Block Island, RI.
We have also done some structurally unique projects such as St. Catherine's Church in Braintree, MA and St. Georges Church in Lynn, MA. Our miscellaneous iron projects consist mostly of commercial stairs, rails and handicap rails as well as ornamental iron fences and gates. Located in Georgetown, Massachusetts, north of Boston, we build and install structural steelwork throughout Eastern MA, Southern New Hampshire, also Rhode Island and Cape Cod.

Services
Georgetown Ironworks employs approximately 14 to 15 full and part time employees. We own and operate two cranes, a lull, fork truck, aerial lift and flatbeds. We work with architects, engineers, government agencies, residential and commercial owners and managers to design, build and install a wide range of products.
One of Georgetown Iron Works specialties is making custom ornamental products such as fences, gates, staircases, rails, trellises, gazebos, residential bridges, window grills, and many other custom-made items. If you can give us a drawing or photo, such as from a home magazine, we can build it! Here are a few examples of some of the ornamental work that we have done.
