I have patronized this business for well over 13 years. I am usually pleased with my shopping experience. I say usually because I patronized this business twice this month and none of the staff members acknowledged my presence upon entering and I was not greeted at entry. Acknowledging a customer’s presence is key in excellent customer service. Even if a staff member is with a customer at the moment, it is important to say something along the lines of “hello, I’ll be with you shortly”; this act does two things- 1.
