The spa services I've received here were wonderful, so I decided to have them style my hair. I asked for layers, feathered away from my face, and wispy bangs. I got a layered edge - like zigzags. And thick, blunt-cut bangs. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. So, spa services yes, hair styling, not so much.

We had a Ladies Spa Day at Karmel’s this past weekend with a sizable group of ladies. The experience was AMAZING. The owner Dwayne, and his entire team, went out of their to ensure our day was special and memorable. The atmosphere, services, and staff were wonderful. The Tranquility Room was set up to accommodate my guests with relaxing music and refreshments in between treatments. Everything was handled with both class and grace. I highly recommend Karmel’s for group spa days or individual pampering. We will be sure to return.

I took my girlfriend for a couples' massage today. First time I've ever been here or even received a massage actually. From start to finish we had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for more massages and other services. I can not say enough good things about today. Thank you everyone!

Lisa was a wonderful massage therapist as was Robert but the management and reception has a lot of issues. My appointments were rescheduled and massage therapists were switched without my consent, I had billing errors at the end of many appointments and missing receptionist that caused long waits. I wanted to continue to support this black owned business but these reoccurring issues made the experience unpleasant.

For mother's day this year I bought my mom a gift card for a Mani/Pedi combo. My card was charged $75. My mom booked her appointment and while there also had her eyebrows and lip waxed along with a shampoo and style. When booking her appointment she was told she would receive a 10% new customer discount. Upon checkout there was no discount and the credit she received for the gift card was $62.
I made two different attempts to get answers (privately) in the discrepancy between the amount charged for the gift card and the with credit given. I never received a response.
