The sealant on pavers is constantly exposed to the elements and wears out over time, exposing the pavers to natural elements such as algae and mildew, and man-made elements such as grease and grime.

When I called for an appointment Brian, the owner was able to fit me in their schedule to accommodate my scheduling needs. They did an incredible job, were very knowledgeable and professional. They did an absolutely amazing job. I’m always worried about our landscaping whenever we do any type of pressure washing because we have a lot of hedging around the driveway but they did an amazing job keeping all my plants safe! We’ve used multiple companies before for regular maintenance of driveway/back patio but we will be sure to hire them again going forward. Thank you again for doing such an immaculate job!!!

The guys and Brian were great! Punctuality, Professionalism and friendliness is the review for this company! Never knew I had such nice pavers under the dirt and grime ! Also received three different quotes this company was by far the most reasonable. Five stars would recommend and use again for sure!

Always thrilled when I use this company and brainy owner and his staff are always amazing and doing an impeccable job and being nice people. What even always do it a little more than you ask on their own very generous and Impeccable and I am very picky.

Brian Spotts did a great job on our Pressure Washing. The HOA wanted our sidewalk and gutter along the street cleaned (again). Brian was very responsive and came out promptly to do the job.
SPOTLESS PRESSURE WASHING did a great job, and also recommended that our roof be cleaned with SOFT-PRESSURE to remove the mildew, WITHOUT damage to the shingles. Thank you Brian Spotts. I give him 5-Stars!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've owned a home in Florida for 25 years and have used several pressure washing companies over the years, but I've finally found one that is exceptional... Spotless Pressure Washing! Brian is a perfectionist and performs and/or supervises all the work. He explains exactly what he will do and then does it very well. He's very considerate of property and landscaping. Super nice guy too! I highly recommend Spotless Pressure Washing for all your pressure cleaning needs. He also does sealing, staining, and rust removal.
