OC Gates DOES NOT DISSAPOINT.
Installed two privacy gates with OC Gates needed because I have escape artist dogs.
They were reasonably priced for the quality, arrived on schedule, had great communication, and delivered an excellent final product. They even offered to color match my existing trim.
I wish all contractors I've used were this good.
Use them, you won't be disappointed.

I talked with Eli on our need when he came out for the free estimate. He was polite, honest, and punctual. After giving what we were looking for, he gave different options to help us decide what is available. He was also good to be professionally open on what to expect in their work, and areas they do not cover. Which is refreshing to help set proper expectations!
We decided to go with them. They measured properly to customize the gate that will fit our side area perfectly.
He was patient with us as we toggled back and forth on color choice, all within a 48 hour span!!

This is a first class operation. From the beginning, Eli, the owner, was very professional, letting us know what would and wouldn't work for a large security gate. He patiently explained how the type of gate we wanted would operate and made good suggestions that we're happy we followed. Our gate has been installed, is beautiful and functions exactly as predicted. His installation crew was friendly and very helpful.

Within weeks, OC Gates was able to schedule another appointment for install, which took less than an hour. The workers were clean, fast, and polite.

Excellent customer service - a good company doing high end gates. We had substantial splitting in a wood panel soon after it was installed and Shay responded immediately to my email and they fixed it within 72 hours. This is not a minor investment, so be sure to ask about what is included and what is not (eg, hole repair due to removal of existing infrastructure - I had to fill in several holes with cement myself). Also - be aware that less stain can mean drier/less protected wood and is subject to a higher chance of splitting. We used only one coat of stain for a lighter color, but should have

I needed a new front gate. I was referred to OC Gates by a relative. They had Eli come to their home for a front gate replacement. I did as well. Eli was professional yet personable. I designed my own gate and Eli helped me work out the proportions. He gave me the estimate, which I was happy with, so I put 20% down that day.. He estimated 3-4 weeks. It came in 2 weeks. Love our new gates! We just replaced 5 metal gates installed by the builder many years ago. Eli came out and gave us a great quote and we received our new gates much faster than I thought I would get them. Beautiful black frame with American Walnut stained wood on the inside.
