If I could give this business ZERO stars I would. We booked them for a group business event so my attendees could enjoy themselves responsibly. We discussed an agreed upon rate. He confirmed he took credit cards (again business event/business card). Upon return, he doubled the fee and would only accept cash. We argued for quite some time until I told him to figure out a way to take my card. He lied and not my problem. Owner called the cops on us and they tracked us down into the bar. So embarrassing. He literally was going to have me arrested if I didn't get cash off of my credit card to pay

Keep moving, nothing to see here but disrespect and bad service.
The driver was late and missed our agreed upon time by 40 minutes. We were overcharged based on the original quote. He went out of his way to make several members of our group uncomfortable. This is an awful experience. Please go elsewhere.

So I booked and prepaid for a trip to a Raleigh. Cost was 50% more than Uber but there were no Uber drivers available. Was informed a 20% "driver gratuity" would be added!!! Wow. Tipping BEFORE the service has been provided. I didn't like the way this was put across.
So Uber from Raleigh to Pinehurst was $80 and this firm charged $145 to go back.

If I could give his company negative stars I would. I called this company to get a ride home from a wedding reception when there was not an Uber available. The driver told me he would be able to take the 6 people in my group and would arrive in 10 minutes, I began to ask another question and he hung up the phone. When he arrived, my group began getting in the van, another attendee at the wedding asked him if could take their group next. He asked my friends if he could take the other group first because they had more people. This was despite us calling him and only needing a ride 5 miles away. Once

#SSDGM: they are a missing stair. Unsafe for women & girls. Red flag central. Let alone it's an overpriced service. I've had two scary experiences using their service & heard from other women who had it even worse than I. Driver asked my spouse for "a minute alone with the blonde." Don't use this service or call them for women you know.

I just got my first ride with this service today. They were prompt in their response, on time, and had a very clean car. I've always had bad experiences in a taxi and yet this experience was certainly the exception.
The driver, john, was incredibly nice and carried a great conversation of this area since he is born and raised in North Carolina. I had just moved to the area so it was incredibly valuable to not only active as intended but also get knowledge from such a resourceful local.
To put into this review in perspective I don't post reviews and don't plan on needing a taxi

I had a similar experience as another Yelp reviewer with this taxi company. I got into a car that didn't post fees, didn't have a meter, and didn't post any sort of permit in the car.
I didn't find out until I was at my destination how much I would be charged. It was at least 2x what any other cab company would charge for the same distance! Not to mention the driver was pretty rude.
I would never recommend this taxi service. Absolutely awful.

The gentleman in the taxi was parked outside the Sly Fox when we walked out, he took us back into town as I had hurt my ankle, he was really the most polite taxi driver I have ever had even though it was a short trip, I didn't catch his name but he was of Asian heritage, a little older, and adored his wife who couldn't walk well in heels. I would highly recommend using their taxi service! It made my whole night!
