Kaiser Permanente told my mother and I to head over to this supply store for medical things because the bandages and cleaner that my mother was using weren't currently in their pharmacy, which was a huge upset for us. My mother had just recently had surgery and I was essentially being the nurse that needed to help her. After finding the location, and calling just to ask a few simple questions, I did find that they had most of the stuff we were looking for. Unfortunately it is extremely expensive so I wasn't able to get any of the specific products my mother was using, but that definitely isn't

NO REFUNDS!!! I rented a hospital bed on Thursday evening for a month for $210 plus taxes and $60 set up fee. A few days later found out that my mother's insurance covers hospital beds. I requested a refund (excluding the few days the bed was sitting at my home), but was denied. The bed had not even been used, as my mother had not yet been discharged from the hospital. This company would not provide a reasonable explanation for not returning $$. Please check your insurance before renting from this company, as they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!! Even if you find that you don't need their equipment in a reasonable

Darlene and Barbara help me with my purchase of a 3-1-commode that I needed to deliver to my patient tomorrow morning.
