An excellent first visit to this clinic, I must say. All departments offered warm introductions, courteous interaction and professions care. The clinic was well staffed, well equipped and showed like new cleanliness. My doctor explained my condition in understandable detail, asked relevant questions and performed procedures with step-by-step detailed explanation. I felt she new her job but most of all really cared about my well-being. This seems to be a nice clinic to be treated in and has good, warm-hearted professionals tending to the services. I like the Endocrine Center.

Dr Cantu is amazing. She takes time to talk to you during your appointment and is thorough when reviewing your information as well as providing it. Portal allows for communication if needed between visits. Also was able to squeeze in an appointment when I wasn't feeling well without having to wait a million years.

I see Dr Cantu and her Staff and they are all amazing! Everyone is friendly and informative. Front and back office area are clean and well kept. Dr. Cantu takes her time with you and listens. I have never felt rushed when I’m there. The person that does the blood draws is so nice and friendly. I’m so glad I found them and decided to come here.

Dr. Gloria Ortiz is professional , organize , competent and very nice! She wanted to have her own opinion about my case before reading up my history with other doctors, that’s how confident she is own herself!

Dr. Ortiz is very personable, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable! I felt that I was well-versed in possible diagnoses, and she explained and showed me even more about my condition. She was very thorough in ensuring she ran the appropriate tests This was all during my first visit. Looking forward to my follow-up visits. I also commend her office staff for their professionalism. Not to mention, her office is decorated beautifully and very clean!

Be on time, don't be late or you'll face a late fee. First time visit, I was two minutes late and the receptionist basically told me, if it happens again then they will have to reschedule me and I would have to pay the late fee. 👍 okay, then.
Other than that, it seems very busy and the waiting room had tons of people..
I was seen within 20 minutes of waiting, called into a room, and waited another 20 minutes to be seen with the doctor.
Very patient, straightforward, and concerned.

I highly recommend Dr. Gloria Ortiz. She’s an outstanding Endocrinologist and her staff is friendly and efficient too. Dr. Ortiz has excellent bedside manners. She’s knowledgeable, professional, attentive, compassionate, and always looks out for the best interests of her patients. She’s thorough while performing an ultrasound or biopsy and gives quick results. She also provides you with notes of your consultation. It’s easy to communicate with her via patient portal. She’s quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. She’s truly a blessing for my mother and myself.
