It was not because busy shoppers were willing to wait in line or the number of sales they made. They were taken back by their client's reactions after looking in the mirror.

My best friend referred me to this business. I used to get my grows waxed but I wanted to try something different. I walked into the spa and the ladies were so welcoming. You can subscribe to a buy 10 get one free service. I was serviced by Anna. All I told her was that I do not like round shape brows. I like a slight arch. I also got tinting to cover grey hair. She new just what to do and they came out perfect. I love that she talked through each step and says "so pretty". She was right. My brows are so pretty. I'm very pleased and shall return for same service every 3-4 weeks

I have only ever been to the Greenbrier Mall location. And it used to be awesome. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a long time and I came across some older Rewards cards that I had. The last time that I had been here the eyebrow tech told me to bring them in next time so that I can get my eyebrows done for free as part of their loyalty program. So today I decided I was going to get my eyebrows threaded, and the woman refused to take my older cards because she said that they have never marked my cards the way that they were marked. She said that they do not mark their cards like that

After receiving a voucher from the owner for the horrible experience I had, I went to Wow brows for the second time and my experience was completely different. I love love my eyebrows (see picture)! Cindy (completely different person that did my eyebrows the first time) was very patient and took her time and made sure my eyebrows looked cleaned and even. She did not rush and was very polite and courteous. I will definitely be going back but only have her do my eyebrows. Even though my first time was a bad experience, I appreciate the owner caring about his customers and his business and

I've gone here for years for threading and have always been pleased. Once in awhile there is a wait but it has never been excessive. I had the eyebrow tinting done once before and decided to do it again today along with the lash tint, the lash tint I guess managed to still get into my eyes after a few minutes even though they were closed, they started to burn which of course made them start to water. The woman cleaned it off and applied the brow tint and then reapplied the lash, it again started to burn my eyes, maybe my eyes are just sensitive I'm not really sure but the lashes and brows both

This was the best eyebrow threading place I have ever been to!! I have been growing my eyebrows out since August and doing them myself because I have been continuously getting them threaded too thin ):
However, today I was trying to do my eyebrows myself and accidentally cut off a huge chunk of one, so I came here in a panic and asked them to please keep them thick. They fixed it and my eyebrows are on FLEEK!

I would love to give ZERO stars, but I will give 5 so yelp does not remove this post. I just read an updated post from another young lady. It seems that she had a similar experience. Pretty upset right now.....
I'm very low maintenance and the only thing I take care of are my eyebrows so if it's not done correctly than it upsets me. Today I went in and the Indian lady messed up my eyebrows. They're uneven!!!!!! My left side is thinner than my right side! Also I had to check and ask her to clean up areas three times!!!!
The Asian lady is newer and slower, but you'll leave with EVEN and clean eyebrows!

If I could give this venue 0 stars, I would. After reaching out to the Manager of WOW Brows to discuss my experience, he invited me to come in again for a free eyebrow service. I appreciated that gesture.

I came back because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. The lady in here tonight was much nicer and she did a good job. She was rather pleasant and I was happy to see the older staff replaced with such a nice lady. I would come back.
She did a much cleaner job than the last time I was in here and I was pleased by her skill level.

Wow is right. After waxing my brows for decades I can honestly say that threading is so much better. My daughter has been going to Wow Brows for about a year and her brows have never looked so perfect for her face. She also started getting her whole face done and I think it makes a big difference in how she looks and feels about her appearance now.

After feeling insulted and pressured at another area threading salon, I decided to give Wow Brows a shot. My mom, who has been admiring my brows ever since I started getting them threaded as opposed to waxing, was in town and wanted to have hers done as well.
The studio is spacious, nice, and clean. The check-in process is self-managed on a mini computer; quick and easy.
