Kevin came out and looked at my property 2 days after contacting him. My house has cedar Shake siding, cedar board and baton, cedar porch and metal roof. He came out and cleaned all the cedar to look brand new again. It looked so good that my neighbors thought I replaced it all and rebuilt porch. He also cleaned my metal roof and got it looking good again. Definitely would recommend

Mr Kerr was very polite. He was able to work my house in quickly. My house was covered in mold and mildew from years of neglect, but this miracle spray Made that disappear. Beware that red clay stains don’t come off easily and may not come off completely, but I understand this is a wash and not a new paint job. Also, Beware that house washing strictly means house, it’s extra for porches or patios, but not much, Mr Kerr is very reasonable. I appreciated the service and his willingness to to the job right.
