Services
Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Mental Health and Developmental Services operates a mental health and developmental services program with offices in each county. We provide casework, supports coordination and service coordination for various individuals and families.
We have Targeted Case Managers and Administrative Case Managers in our Mental Health Department, Supports Coordinators in our Developmental Services program and Service Coordinators in our Early Intervention program.

Our Mental Health services include two levels of case management, information and referral services as well as consultation and education. The following is a listing of some of our services. It involves assisting consumers in accessing the system via the Base Service Unit (BSU), assessing financial resources, helping consumers choose appropriate services and coordinating all efforts towards service goals.
The MH Warm Line is a toll free telephone line that can be accessed by consumers who are looking for someone to talk to for support or guidance. It is a support service that is designed to promote recovery while focusing on strengths and providing guidance. This line is run by a provider, but is staffed with consumers and/or certified peer specialists who receive a great deal of training and supervision.
Our Developmental Services include supports coordination, information and referral services as well as consultation and education. The following is a listing of some of our services. Home and Community Habilitation is designed to assist individuals with the development and maintenance of skills in the areas of self-care, daily-living activities, and social skills through the use of their community resources while living at home with family.
Early Intervention (EI) consists of services and supports designed to help families with children who have developmental delays. While all children grow and change at their own rate, some children can experience delays in their development. Sometimes this can be a cause for concern. Early Intervention provides supports and services to young children and their families/caregivers to help the child grow and develop.
