Critical: Responsiveness
They built a ladder for us that was quite expensive. The attachment to the wall is faulty. It is dangerous. They have repeatedly said they would come fix it and no show every time. No no one responded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have built something unsafe and refuse to fix it
