If I could rate this hospital zero stars I would, I will never be returning to this hospital! It seemed like nobody was educated on anything! I originally went in for a horrible migraine, It took over an hour for them to get an Iv, i was poked 8 times within that hour! I had a vein rupture and they hit my artery in my arm and I was discharged with no information on the ruptured vein or the vein hitting the artery, which I later found out after going to a urgent care 5 days later with it continuing to get worse then being transferred different emergency room caused nerve damage from them going through

Staff did not follow their own covid-19 guidelines and put my newborn at risk by allowing a guest back who I didn't want seeing my baby. They made it very clear only one person was allowed back with my daughter so I went with her while her father was asked to wait outside. They then allowed another guest into the er without my knowledge and allowed her into our room. I'm disappointed in how they treated a worried first time parent who was in need of help and broke down into a panic attack when he was told he wasn't allowed back with his daughter. They should not have allowed the other guest back

If I could give them negative stars I would. To start off, we went there for a reoccurring peritonsilar abcess to get meds for my girlfriend since our family dr was out of town. She had her tonsils removed when she was younger, but they grew back. The dr there proceeded to tell us that both us and our dr had no idea what we were talking about, and ran a step test even though he told me after that there was no reason to even do the test because “you can’t have strep without tonsils”. $400 later for a pointless visit, we set up a payment plan through them and I would not recommend paying them

Would give no stars, to start off who makes patients triage outside in 13 degree weather? Two are staff trained properly? They gave my mother HEART ATTACK medicine when she had a systolic BP of 108, not sure the lower number due to THEY TRANSFERENCE HER WITH NO PAPERWORK. They gave her incorrect medication for what was going on with her, do yourself a favor and drive anywhere else.

This hospital is beautiful! They are so friendly and if you can believe it, they have NO wait times. I was in a room as soon as I walked in the door and I was discharged within 45 min and I even had an xray done! I highly recommend this hospital over Henry Ford Allegiance or Sparrow. Hopefully we won't be back soon but knowing this hospital is an option makes going much less daunting.

My 15 yr daughter has struggled for the last year on and off with stomach pain that was always attributed to something else or ruled out as what it wasnt. Nobody until Dr Jones in the ER checked her gallbladder, which was the problem. Today she had it removed by Dr Deppen. Every one we have had contact with is awesome here. Questions are answered and the patient is treated very well! I would and do recommend ERMC to anyone. We cant thank them enough for finding the problem and taking care of it quickly for our girl.

Unless you just need a $1,000 dollar bandaid for a scraped knee avoid this hospital. Most of the doctors in the ER do NOT take your problems seriously. (Except DR. Fata. He is great. He actually tries to find the problem.) Dr. Kelly almost killed me a few years back. My gallbladder ripped open and he told me it was heartburn on my first visit. Second visit it was too much stomach acid. Third day my eyes were yellow because gallstones were just chillin on my liver and he finally took me seriously. I was shipped off to Ingham for emergency surgery. My boyfriend seen Dr. Brown and she told him it

Was sent over for outpatient X-ray from Charlotte. Was told was going to be a long wait to get it done. Long story short wasn’t able to get the X-ray completed for my daughter. Even though I was told it was going to be a quick in and out process. Was told any ER patient would supersede my stay. So what they were telling me is that I could be there all day after working a 12 hr shift for Sparrow. An abd X-ray doesn’t take more that 1 minute to do. But more over, I was paying out of pocket and I felt like I was pushed away due to no insurance coverage.
