Beware! Paid to have three trucks wrapped. They got two completed. Went to drop off the 3rd and were told their machines were down. Went back at a later time and were told they did not have the correct size wrap and we would have to come back. We were told when we came back that they lost our artwork. Trying to be understanding during the pandemic, we have reached out again and they said we broke our contract, even though they turned us away every time. They are now saying they can't refund the amount for the unfinished truck, they can't finish it because they state they are out of business and

Got recommended to come here, the wrap on my audi was good but their customer service is terrible. They kept my car extra and had me waiting hours in their lobby. And after all that once I did get my car back , my mirror not only had wrinkles but didn't work and they never responded back to me to fix it. Good wrap but terrible customer service , had to fix the mirror myself.

I worked in the large-scale print industry for over two years in both project management and sales. In that time, I learned the difference between quick and quality work, and swift and shoddy work. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!
We sent our clients vehicle to Gecko Wraps to have a full color change on a brand New BMW. We were told it would take 2 weeks to complete. We allowed 3 weeks as we did not want the job rushed. Gecko insisted that they be paid the full amount up front, which seemed a little odd for this kind of work. We paid the $14,000 as stated and as the 3 week mark came and went, the vehicle was still not completed. We went to inspect the work only to find the vehicle still tore apart and a new guy trying to redo the mess that a sub contractor did. This is

Just want to give a shout out to these guys! When I came in I was greeted right away. Devin was very helpful in creating a design that worked with my companies logo. He did an amazing job on my cars side windows, tailgate and rear window design as well as adding a QR code directing you right to my website all at a very reasonable price . When I got home and realized it wasn't straight and returned the next day they were very accommodating to my request to reprint and reinstalled it at no charge. Looks high class! This company wrapped my restaurant van and did a horrible job. Finish on my truck was a partial wrap. They put a matte wrap onto my glossy paint job, without giving us options. The finishing cuts were jagged, messy and uneven. The brake light was never screwed back in and our brake lights stopped working. We went to another company to have the repairs done and they confirmed it was due to the poor wrap job. A couple of our fixtures are coming off because this company did not reapply them properly after wrapping the van. Every time I see a wrapped matte finished commercial vehicle I think

Not sure how these guys stay in business with their lack of customer service and the way they talk to their customers is appalling. We tried to get a contract going with them for our front door wrap. We submitted art work that they said they could not use as it was too blurry. So instead of us redoing everything we decided to cancel the order and have a different company put our logo on the front door. After the cancelling of the order they would not issue a refund. I called and spoke to a girl who was very nice the first time apologizing and guaranteed me the refund would be put through.

The production manager I met with first namesd Mike was an amazingly professional employee. He did everything I asked and made my designed better then I imagined. On the other hang the owner who goes by Nicole, is a rude, unprofessional ,poor excuse of a business owner. Never being in the office when I had my guys go in to speak with her is inexcusable when it's happened more then once. One star is to generous.

Military friendly! Owner came directly to my location to measure my windows in an appropriate amount of time. The estimate was emailed to me the same day their coordinator. The wrap installation was done ahead of schedule. I was completely satisfied with the service they provided and had our second office done with the same decals. We have had continuous compliments and the decals have proven to reach our target maI will continue to use Gecko Wraps in the future and recommend them to everyone I care about!

I wish I would have read the reviews about Gecko Wraps prior to getting my work done. I had my store front done and they did not inform me of the laws concerning store front prior to providing the service, even though I asked since this was my first time and such an investment I wanted to make sure that I wasn't making a costly mistake!
Well surprise, there are regulations for the amount of the store front you can cover and since I was not informed I am now forced to take it down. $3,500+ down the drain! For a small start up this is something I can not afford. I called asking to get help

I would leave zero stars if that were an option.
Our company used Gecko Wraps and had issues with the last two trucks they wrapped for us. They failed to match our proofs in numerous places, and also delivered a wrap that was pixelated as if printed at the wrong resolution. Our logo was distorted. They also missed areas of one truck while covering DOT signs and other items on another.
To top it off, they also did a wrap on the back door of one of our 53' trailers that was supposed to match the rest of the truck. The color came back COMPLETELY wrong. It was forest green instead of light
