Goodwyn Building has been a blessing to me this past year. I was able to build my first home with them and they made the process so easy. With me not understanding ANY of the process on building a home Philip and his crew walked me through every aspect of my new home. Philip helped me understand all my blueprints and what everything meant. If I had any changes he was happy to accommodate. He kept me up to date every week on what was taking place and what was coming for the next week. I was able to visit the home at any time and he answered EVERY question I had in detail. When I started looking to buy a new home I searched the communities that Goodwyn Building was developing. It only took a couple weeks for me to know that I wanted them to build my home.
