They replaced the burnt screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and did a fantastic job. I feel like I have a new phone. I highly recommend them.

Joe is really great! I work at T-Mobile on HHI and he has been extremely essential for us as a recommendation when there's no insurance for some, and/or they need a quick fix. He also has a bunch of affordable accessories once your device is repaired! Customers come back and say he did a great job. He's very easy to communicate with and highly recommended. I highly recommend this place! I had dropped my phone face down on pavement shattering the screen completely, leaving a hole in my phone, and have the screen didn’t work. Called ahead and brought it in the same day I had it fixed and it was fixed in UNDER two hours!! My phone works great now, the price was really reasonable and I even got a local discount!! Awesome costumer service highly recommend and I will be back if needed!

I was on vacation and had water get into a phone and took it here for repair— they were very reassuring that the phone was fixable and kept it overnight to repair it . I picked it up the next day after they called and said it was ready— the lady working even said it was fine and fixed when I picked it up. We got back to the condo and it started glitching and was actually worse than before — I called them and they refused to refund any money, but said I could mail it back to them to work on again for potential extra costs, since we had to leave to go back home. We paid close to $200 to this

It never fails your daughter shatters her iPad screen while on vacation. Highly recommend, great location, (you don’t have to leave the island) speedy service, and excellent price points. Joe was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

It was a rocky road getting my pixel 5 screen replaced, but Joe never wavered in assuring me it would be done correctly. In the end, I'm sure any money he made was not worth the effort, but he stuck it out. I respect and appreciate that. I now have a fully-functional, unblemished phone and, despite the extra effort required, the price never went up from the original quote. Thanks, Joe.

We're vacationing the island for spring break and I dropped my phone flat on our condos tile floor.. screen went completely black and I thought I was done for until I could return home to fix it. We called Hilton Head Phone Repair and Joe saved the day. Not only was he able to get parts in quickly, he offered to stay late the day they came in to ensure my phone was taken care of promptly.
