Shannon Dental is the best I have ever had. The people there are always so nice, professional, and don't jerk you around. They always are up front about what your insurance covers, what the costs will be, and Dr. Shannon always appears to give me his advice on what he thinks is best, recommends options, and then let's me decide.
I really appreciate that! I moved to the Tri-cities 5 years ago and was very concerned about finding a dentist in the area. I have always taken care of my teeth and seen a dentist at least twice a year for cleanings and exams. I've been very pleased with Dr. Shannon and his friendly staff, they have up to date equipment and training.

Hope they are doing better now but I drove past this office and was reminded of the time when I was 7 years old and this dentist ripped my tooth out after the numbing wore off even though I told them I could feel everything. I now have an irrational fear of dentists as an adult. So yeah, I wholeheartedly do not recommend this place.

I have been a patient at Shannon Dental for 2 years. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Shannon has the best bedside manner of any medical/dental professional I have ever met. He's a gifted dentist, and he takes the time to tell me what he is doing and why. This is my permanent dental health center.

I have been going to Dr. Shanon for years and I have always felt that the entire staff provides top quality care. They are knowledgeable, skillful, and caring. Dr. Shannon's approach is conservative and he is always keeping up with the latest skills and methods. I would recommend his office to anyone!

HORRIBLE. They will charge you a $53 fee for cancelling an appointment even if you call and tell them ahead of time. Sometimes you'll have to wait 45+ minutes for the doctor, even after they gave you anesthetics. Will bill you $250+ for products without asking or consulting you. OVERCHARGES for ALL services. Will not see you for immediate issues. ATROCIOUS!! Go elsewhere!

Dr. Shannon, Dr. Perry, and every staff member, whom me and my family interacted with, were professional, helpful, and kind. They provided care to me, my husband, and my three children. The check-ups and subsequent visits went smoothly. The follow-up visits, and aftercare appointments were excellent. My family and I will continue to visit Shannon Dental for our dental needs, and I recommend their services because of the compassionate and professional care we experienced.

With my company's budget dental plan, Shannon Dental was one of only two I could choose from. They are the worst dentist I have ever been to, and all of my friends who were in the same situation of having to go there have similar or worse stories. I was told on my initial visit that I had four cavities that needed immediate attention, after a lifetime of no cavities. When I went back a few weeks later to have them filled, another dentist who had not done the original exam couldn't find them--they weren't noted in my chart, they didn't show on the x-rays, and weren't apparent
